The plumber drover on my wet lawn with his truck and ruined a section of lawn. After not showing up for my first scheduled apt he finally came. He was here 5 minutes and made a minor adjustment to my garbage disposal. It now works. The cost??? TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS!!! What horrible customer service. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

I called a few different plumbers on Friday night around 9pm due to a steadily leaking pipe in my basement. Frog was the only one that called right back and was out Saturday morning to fix the pipe. Saved so much inconvenience of having water shut off for days! Scott fixed it in less than an hour and bill was very reasonable! Will definitely use Frog from now on!

I can't say enough good things about Scott and Frog Plumbing. I've been in Granger for three years and the issues that have come up have always been over the weekend or in the evening (as they do) and Scott has responded and come to our rescue. I LOVE THIS COMPANY!!! They have our business for LIFE!!! In the last few years we have had to call them a couple of times (always same day) They are always prompt and happy to help us. I had them come out one time to replace our water line and while he was here he saw that our water softener was hooked up wrong and fixed that for us as well. This last time we were having problems with our sump pump. they came out and noticed that our wiring had gotten loose and the pump was not working because of that. They did NOT CHARGE US!!! what company in this day an age doesn't charge you for at least the time it took to fix the problem. AMAZING!!!!

I have nothing but good to say about them. If I could give them ten stars, I would.
Their technician, Scott did an excellent job of repairing and rebuilding a faulty, old leaky toilet we have, including installing all new parts as per my request. Had I tried this myself? It would have taken me days and numerous trips to Lowe's and even then I'd not have gotten it right.
Scott did all of this and more in about 90 minutes. Better yet? When he completed the job there was no mess or scuff marks. We couldn't tell tell that he had even been there.
This toilet works better than new. I consider this money to be very well spent.

Over the years Frog Plumbing is the only company we have used.

Over the weekend, I installed a couple of sump pumps. In the process of doing the hook up, I broke a pvc pipe. This was a problem! I was able to patch it up to limp me through the couple of days I would be waiting.

I emailed Frog on Saturday, and was called in the morning on Monday. Due to me being busy elsewhere, I was unable to have the work done Monday, which was apparently going to happen. That type of prompt attention is greatly appreciated.

Fast forward to today, Scott came out and fixed the problem I created. He then reworked some of what I had done with the piping. Scott is usually who does the work for us. He is thorough, polite and professional.

I again am a happy customer, and will not think twice about using Frog again when needed.

Recently, I had all new hardwood flooring installed. The toilet in the half bath was taken out during the process, so I called Frog Plumbing and asked that a specific plumber reset the toilet. Instead, they sent another who seemed very inexperienced. When he finished, he gave me the bill for $200, which seemed rather high for simply resetting a toilet. Shortly after he left, I noticed water on the new floor. I turned the water supply off immediately and called the office. The lady told me he would be out the next morning to rectify it. Long story short, he arrived and spent the next half hour making phone calls and trying to figure out what to do. At one point, he approached me and asked if I had a ""couple of rags"" because some water had gotten on the floor. When I walked into the bathroom, I was shocked to see standing water on the new hardwood floor. I quickly retrieved several towels and soaked up the water while he watched. There was so much water, it actually leaked into the basement. After a frantic call to the office, the plumber I had originally requested came out and re-did the other's mistake. He also put a new fill valve and flapper in both that toilet and another. He was very apologetic, especially when I said I had requested him from the start. I assumed that after the whole fiasco, the $200 would be the total amount due. A month later, I received a bill for another $207. $407 to reset a toilet and add two flappers and two fill valves is ridiculously high, especially after the major inconvenience this created. Luckily, I had a painter there that day who witnessed the whole thing, and he quickly put an industrial fan in the bathroom. Think twice before you use Frog Plumbing!

We trusted this company to come and do some plumbing work in two of our bathrooms. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. They are dishonest with their billing and their work is not professional. We had a very poor experience!
