We had a pretty good experience with Fritz's Drain Service. They were prompt in answering our phone call and we got an appointment within two days. Even though they have stellar reviews on Yelp, I didn't think we would get them to come by that quickly.

Instead of coming late, they came early to our appointment. It actually caught me off guard because I'm so used to people coming late. The only critique I had was that, if you're going to come early, a phone call would have nice. My husband was on his way home from work so he wasn't there to consult and etc. Instead, it was just me cluelessly directing them where to go for the drainage problem.

Juan was the main contractor who was looking at our drainage problem. He was really nice and professional - so was the other guy that was assisting him. He was thorough in answering my questions and it took about less than an hour to bring his machine in to clear the pipe that was backed up. His machine cleared a lot of the branches that was blocking the sewage drain. In total, it costed about $200. They provided fast and efficient service. We now can use our bathrooms!! :) We are so appreciative that everything is fixed. We definitely take for granted the power of drainage!

I called to see if someone could come out to solve our drain problem, and the person on the phone gave me detailed advice on how to solve it myself with a wet/dry shopvac. Unexpected and so helpful! I will hire this company for any future drain issues.

There are several business I keep going back to. For example, I've been eating sushi at Maneki in Japantown every week for the past ten years, without a single bad experience. Any business that can maintain consistent quality with consistently solid customer-service earns my loyalty and $$. Fritz's Drain Services is another example.

Root cleaning can surely be a stressful affair for any homeowner. It is often coupled with backed up water, inability to use water in your own home and, in my case, a clean-out that is smack in the middle of my semi-finished basement, so it's never without worries that a couple guys need to bring in this behemoth of a machine into my house, navigate it to the clean-out, perform the job and leave no trace :-).

Living in an old house (built 1908) with clay-links sewer line and large hedge over the line, I require regular root cleanings. I have been using Fritz's for over five years and keep getting that consistent quality product delivered by some really nice people. Namely, Juan. This guy proved his professional integrity by recommending habits (use Scott's 1000!) that actually reduced the frequency of root cleaning for my home. He cares about the customer first, which earned him my business. On top of that he's always nice, respectful and helpful beyond the scope of the job.

Don't get me wrong, I hope to see these guys as infrequently as possible :-), but when I start seeing backup in the basement I am a tad less stressed knowing that Fritz's and Juan are on the job.

Unfortunately the person not present decided to respond not having been there. Although natural to defend ones workers an apology for his rude & uncalled for behavior would have gone further.

Great service. Called them on a Monday and scheduled to come out on Tuesday morning to unclog our main line. Arrived on time, were very quick in taking care of the problem, reasonable price for plumbing service. Would recommend.

Was great just like everyone said, showed up quickly and my tenants said they did great work. I'm not giving 5 stars only because they refused to communicate by text message and can only send bills by mail. This requires that for even minor updates I had to call, leave a message, get a call back (which was sometimes a voicemail) try calling again etc etc. Overall it was a pretty big waste of my time compared to my experience with nearly all other vendors. Same goes for email since 100% of my bills are done electronically I have to spend time dealing with snail mail just to find out the final bill amount and I have to go get checks just to pay. It's 2016 and this kind of thing isn't really acceptable anymore.

I had a toilet that was semi-plugged up. I tried everything and couldn't get it to open up. So next step call a plumber. I called Fritz, he got back to me right away. He explained that he could make it out but I might try to clear it myself. He gave me a brief tutorial of how to do it over the phone. I gave it a shot and it worked. Turned out to be an apple juice packet my 2 year threw down the toilet. DOH!!
At any rate, I appreciate his helpfulness, integrity and service. I will call him again for any drain service I may need in the future.

These guys live up to the their hype on Yelp. They showed up ten minutes early to unclog our main sewer line and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Previous plumbers showed up late (if they showed) and took hours of swearing and left a huge mess. These guys were quick, clean and highly professional. These are the only people I'll call if we have another drain problem.

After having 3 companies looked at the clogged double vanity drains, and being handed quotes from 400.00 with no guarantee to open them to 1,300.00 to cut open the wall, I put my hope on Fritz. Fritz delivered. They listened to me when I made the appointment, and gave me an estimate of 120.00-150.00 to solve the problem, which is far better than others. Two guys arrives on time, polite and professional. They get to work right away, and opened my drain that other three said impossible. The price tag was 135.00. I am very very pleased with Fritz and its two men crew. They are heroes.

If you hired anyone else to unblock your pipes -- you paid too much. Fritz's team of two arrived on-time to fix my clogged laundry drain that was pooling sewage. Thirty minutes later it was fixed. For $134. Snaked all the way to street, snaked every which way through the floor drain AND cleanout access. For $134. Most reasonable.
