We had a clog in our kitchen drain 5 foot out and had tried draino, hot water and using a cheapo snake we bought from the hardware store but with no luck.

Mr Fritz arrived on time and got our kitchen drain unclogged within minutes. His price is fair and reasonable as well.

My shower drain was backing up. Since it is the only shower in the house, we were very anxious to get it fixed. The receptionist was very helpful and was able to get me an appointment the same day. Fritz came, assessed the situation, and cleared the drain!!!!! He was very kind and friendly. I am very happy with the experience.

Our drain was plugged. A different company told us we needed thousands of dollars of repair. A friend mentioned Fritz so we called. They diagnosed the problem in a matter of minutes and cleared the drains in a quick and friendly manner. The cost? $150 plus tax.

Disappointed. Waited a week to have them come out to clear a kitchen sink drain line. Overall service was fine, though they did show up several hours early while I was on a video call, which was not convenient. They offer a 30 day guarantee. Wonderful. Our drain began backing up on day 34. Called on day 35 to be told they would charge me full price to come out again. No willingness to work with me in any way. They then told me I had to retain my invoice for the guarantee to be in place. The guarantee that they aren't honoring because it's 5 days over. Never mind I have the check they cashed to show poof of service and if I go through piles of papers I could probably find the invoice- but what's the point? This drain has not had an issue before, and if it had been more than just a few days over the guarantee I wouldn't mind this rigidity, or if they'd offer a discount, but I feel like I got shoddy service on the drain itself to have it back up again so soon, and then again on customer service. I have a different company coming out tomorrow and wouldn't recommend Fritz's.

Highly recommend these guys for your drain clean out needs. Had my sewer line backup and the company I usually use did not have an appointment available for 2 days. I called Fritz on their recommendation and I am so glad I did! When I first called they were booked out to Monday (problem happened on Thursday). I asked if they could put me on their cancellation callback list. They called me the next morning and said they could help me out (Friday) due to a cancellation. At the time I had made another appointment with one of the ""big"" companies who were going to charge me 3x the price, but being desperate I booked an appointment. Well they never showed up! So I called Fritz back and they had Juan at my door in less than 30 minutes!
Excellent and friendly customer service. Very knowledgeable, skilled and super nice serviceman Juan.

They are now my go to company for my drain service company!

Don't bother calling anyone else! You will either get no calls back or take valuable time off work to get an estimate that is 3 times higher plus a lousy attitude. I'm not even going to call anyone else from now on! Fritz's is the greatest!!!!!!!

Fritz's was the first company we called when we finally threw the towel in on a clogged side sewer line. We had tried clearing it ourselves without success for two days, called Fritz and got an appointment a couple days later. The two fellas who came out to do the work were patient and repeatedly snaked the drain until they finally got it semi-clear. They didn't know what was down there still, so couldn't guarantee the line would stay clear. They did recommend a video inspection (and suggested another company) to figure out what we were dealing with, which is what we ended up doing. If you know for sure you only need snaking, Fritz's is the one to call!

Called Fritz and started to leave a message and he immediately called me right back. The scope of my work was a outside their services. Fritz referred me to 2 places and gave me some great advice. I will be using them down the road for yearly sewer maintenance.
