Fritz's Drain Service was recommended to me by my friend who has used them for years. I had called a major Seattle plumbing business for an estimate, was told my drain needed to be snaked out to the street, etc. and given an estimate of just over $1000. Fritz sent his guys that same day, they just barely snaked the drain clear and DIDN'T CHARGE because it was so minimal-!!!!! This drain has now been perfectly fine for over a YEAR! They tidied everything up and were very careful to check that all possible problems were fixed before leaving.
Seriously, if you call any other business for a drain problem you're just wasting your time and money because these guys are absoultely FABULOUS.

I called them at 7:30 in the morning this past Tuesday, sure that I needed to have my sewer line snaked (due to a bad odor coming from a basement shower drain.) When I explained my problem, he asked a couple of questions and then proceeded to explain how the pipe works and how I could fix my problem in 1 minute. It worked, I now understand why there is a turn in the piping system, and I will absolutely trust them with any other plumbing issue that I have in the future. Thank you Fritz's!

These guys rock! Came out to fix my sink in my new place. It was leaking, wouldn't drain properly...etc. The guy from a different place installed it incorrectly, and the two guys that came out from Fritzs' fixed it all up. They filled it for me and drained it to show me there were no leaks. Very thorough and professional, and it wasn't like an awkward house call, we were able to talk casually and the guys were super nice.

Definitely will be using and recommending them in the future!

The 2 upper floor toilets plugged up while the bottom one worked fine, I called Fritz's number and he answered the phone, He said he could do the job 2 days later, he gave me his prices: $112.50+tax for job on inside house line and $192.50+tax on main line service, including removal and installation of the toilet if needed. He arrived on time, was pleasant, did the job and checked to see that all drains worked well. He did not ask for extra charge as did a competitor who came for the same job 2 days earlier ( I had declined their service of course ). I highly recommend Fritz's Drain Service!!!!!!

We thought that our sewer line was clogged. Called these folks up based on ratings here, but were a little hesitant. They arrived about 10 minutes early, surveyed the situation and told us there was no sewer line clog based on what they saw. They could have done all kinds of tests, procedures, etc. to run up a bill, but they didn't. We had a couple slow drians they snaked out while here and were gone in a flash. The price was right, the work was great and the people easy to work with. I'd call them again with out the hesitations.

I contacted Fritz based on the reviews in Puget Sound Consumer Checkbook. I had a leaking bathroom sink that neither I nor a slightly more qualified buddy could fix. Evan came over with an apprentice - he took care of the sink and because there was a $100 minimum charge for an hour - there was time left over so they also did the shower (which really needed to be done) and it has worked great since. Evan will take of your drain problem - he stays on it and works the problem. If you have extra time - have him do other drains.

My main sewer drain clogged overnight and I called Fritz, having had an excellent prior experience with him for a side sewer issue two years ago. He called me back the next morning and scheduled a visit for noon. But his team called me an hour later and said that they could come two hours earlier, which was great. They were in and out in less than 30 minutes for $150, having cleared roots that were causing the problem. Friendly, early, and excellent service as always.

These guys were great. I called and they came same day to deal with our backed up tub. I called them after my landlord told me to call roto- or rapid-, because their YELP reviews were so great. They were on-time, friendly, efficient, solved the problem quickly, taught me a couple of things, and the price was totally reasonable. They were even willing to bill the landlord, which makes life easier for me! I would call them again in a heartbeat.

During inspection of our house by a buyer a root blockage was discovered. The sewer scope company recommend three companies to do the job. After calling all three for a quote and quickest response, we went with Frtiz's Drain Service. Fritz himself answered the call and was friendly and helpful. His company was the least expensive and we were able to schedule the service call within a couple of days.

The day of the call they arrived a few minutes earlier than scheduled and wasted no time getting to the job. Evan was the crew lead and had one assistant. The line was cleared fast and the work was explained to us in detail. The job site was cleaned and they explained the warranty of the service.

Very happy with everything about this company. Will use them again if the need arises.
