TOTAL BAIT AND SWITCH! This is a front for Ally Plumbing, a totally disreputable and overpriced company. When you contact them via Yelp, they seem like a legit company. Call the number and it goes through to Ally Plumbing. DO NOT USE.

We had a bad leak in the toilet. They came in, put in new seals, changed all the hardware and solved my issue. Thanks appreciate

No longer Fritz owned and now just another price gauging plumber. $425. for a simple kitchen sink snaking.

They came out a week ago and said they cleared the drain in my kitchen that was clogged. After that the drain still didn't drain properly and I called them a week later only to be informed they don't warrant drain cleaning. Basically they want to charge me again for work they didn't perform right the first time! Do not use this company. When it was Fritz they were much better and honored their work, now not so much.

Available 24/7? Maybe their answering service is, not the Plumbers. When I called about leaking water heater that required the main to be shut off, I was told that they don't work weekends and that the following Thursday is the soonest they could come take a look. 4-5 days wait for a ""no water"" call? No thank you. I'm just glad I didn't have a sewage back up. I can appreciate being busy, but in a business that works on emergency calls (versus only doing new construction & installs, for example) they should state that in their ad/web site.

Excellent servicer! Came in and fixed our clogged kitchen drain in no time! Even identified leaking garbage disposal and replaced it at a very reasonable price!

I also just discovered Fritz retired. Had been using him for years at the condo I manage. The guy did a great job clearing a clogged kitchen drain on the 5th floor but the cost was at least 30% more! Then they wanted payment instead of billing the management company. Need to know about these changes up front not after the fact.

I really relied on Fritz's Drain Service in the past, and if you call the number, the scheduler will still answer with that name, but he has retired and the business is now ""Allied Plumbing"" as per their on hold message. Perhaps some employees are ones trained by Fritz, but who knows? So far all I can say is they're not forthcoming about price over the phone, pushing their free in-house estimate.

My tankless water heater ran out of hot water. Thanks to Travis, he came over and did some magic. The problem was solved within 30 seconds. Strongly recommend!

I have a new favorite plumber! Travis and his partner came out on a Friday afternoon to replace my garbage disposal and were just terrific - start to finish. I live in a historically old, quirky building in the heart of downtown Seattle, but they had no trouble finding parking, figuring out the ""quirks"" to my place and getting the job done quickly, easily and without trouble. Plus, they were nice, easy to talk to, and explained everything to me from the replacement to the spare parts and warranty. I will definitely be calling these guys for all of my future plumbing projects. Thank you!
