We used Fritz Baumann when we chose to have gas brought into our house both Blair who provided the quote and the workers were great. Even the Columbia Gas tech mentioned that they did a good job. Would recommend them to anyone needing a plumber.

Called Fritz Baumann & Sons because I had water leaking from a pipe in my basement. The plumber that arrived was very polite, courteous and professional. After some investigating, he determined that the water appearing in my basement was caused by a leak in the tub drain on the second floor. The water had been running down the inside of the wall, following the drain, dripping into the basement. They were able to repair the leak without cutting my wall open, which was amazing because I love my mallard wallpaper! I would definitely recommend Fritz Baumann plumbing to anyone.

Horrible customer service. They charged me 152 dollars for a ""free estimate"" and then told me they couldn't fix the issue. I tried calling them about it and they were so rude on the phone and hung up on me. They also treated me like I was stupid at my house and knew nothing just because I was a girl. Very disappointing.

Supervisor talks down to customers, considers customers ignorant and has an attitude like you would not believe. Not interested in customer service at all

You are better off calling a 24 hr repair shop and pay extra because they will rip you off here; at least you will get fast service elsewhere

The receptionist was incredibly helpful. And multiple other companies tried to tell me that a plumber was not the person to call for my issue of my under counter sink falling from the granite. They were more than happy to come out to take a look though. Shaun (or Sean?) came out and had it fixed in about an hour. I came back from running an errand, he was all done, and had even put all my cleaning supplies back under the sink. Priced very reasonably too. Couldn't be happier with the service.

1st - they answered their phone. That seems to be the biggest issue I've run into lately (contractors not being responsive). Rep showed up on time, was professional and informative. Installed a new sump pump for the typical going rate which is just over $400.

We had torrential rain today and that pump earned its weight in gold. Worked continuously throughout the evening without issue. Good product, good service- thumbs up.
