Our call, as is usually the case in your business, was a panic call. Your same day service is awesome. We've used you three times before and were not disappointed. Our favorite serviceman is Dan Wheeler. (We call him """"Dan the Man""""). He gave us some great advice on how to resolve our terrible tasting drinking water without having to spend a lot of money. We had a leak under the kitchen sink. I was pretty sure it was the garbage disposal which is less than 5 years old and no longer under warranty. Friend's sent Nicky Woods out to check it out and he confirmed my suspicions. He got a new one installed for a reasonable price and we are dry again. It took one call in the morning and he was here by 3. Good job Friends.

It was New Years Eve and the worst tragedy happened. My wedding ring was accidentally flushed down the toilet. It was awful. It was valuable but the emotional value was priceless. It fell at the end of the flush but it was gone. We stopped all water use in the bathroom and called Friends Plumbing New Years Day. Jeremy was our New Years miracle. He removed the toilet and stuck a camera down the pipe. I burst into tears when I saw my ring. He struggled and fought with the pipe, the ring ,the vac and everything. About 2 hours later he finally pulled it out. Yes it was a miracle.

We have used Friends for almost 20 years. We have a guest house built in 1884 and parts of the main house date back to 1948. While much is new some is very old and challenging. While this may not make us everyone's favorite customer, it is has made Friends our only plumbing service. Nothing has been so antiquated or old fashioned that they couldn't resolve our problems at very fair charges. Yes Dan knows us, but so do Ryan and Mario and problems are always resolved with clear explanations, suggestions for avoiding repeat incidents, and prompt service when needed.

Mario came first thing this morning, on time, professional, extremely helpful and fair. He even helped with a leak I didn't realize I had in my teenagers bathroom because they don't tell me and I won't go in there . He had to snake 3 lines outside and fix a dripping faucet. Price was extremely fair, nothing extra and super nice guy. Would highly recommend them

Wasted two days of waiting and nothing. Spoke to Rebecca on 9/10 and made an appointment for 9/11 from 9am-3pm. If I had not called at 2pm (9/11), no one would have come out because we weren't on their schedule. Finally, someone came (with attitude) and from the beginning was refusing to even look at the issue. 2 other technicians arrived with no resolution. The person who initially arrived, without fixing the issue or anything, tells me """"well that will be $191.00"""" for nothing. I asked, you are charging me for what? Response from the tech as he turns to the other tech """"I love when they (customers) ask me that question"""" - I paid them via check and called the office. Again, spoke with Rebecca who apologized and would have someone come out 9/12 1:30-3pm to """"at least get your water running temporarily"""". AGAIN, we had to call at 3:15pm because no one had arrived or a call. Finally, spoke with Rebecca an hour after my 3:15 call """"we are running behind but will have someone there today"""". Well, its 7:12pm an no one arrived or called. I had to call REBECCA from another number (they were ignoring my calls) to get someone on the phone. I was again given the runaround and excuses but no solution. TWO WASTED DAYS with no water because of their lack of customer service and professionalism. Will NEVER USE THEM! OH THEY ARE NOT 24/7 - LIES!!!

Had a clogged toilet, after 4 different times and 3 days later that they showed up finally got a toilet to flush, still not right. After they left I noticed a bottle of pills missing, called the police and filed a report, called Friends to talk to a Manager, never heard back from them. They will not be coming back to my house. Not sure which of the 4 different people that come out took them, but someone did. Narcotics department has the case now. I should have known from all the different prices that I was given, and all the different people they sent out that they were going to get me one way or another. And the youngest guy that was there kept walking into my house not wearing his mask, I kept having to remind him.

Dan Wheeler from Friends Plumbing installed a new garbage disposal for us on 6/4/2020. He was on time and he was very professional. He wore coverings over his shoes and used a mat to keep our floor clean while he worked in our kitchen. Dan also wore a mask the whole time he was here. Besides installing our much needed disposal, he also unclogged a slow drain in our bathroom. We were very happy with his service and will use Friends Plumbing again and would hope to get Dan back to our home.

We have been using Friends for years and will continue to do so. Bobby came over this morning to fix our leaking tub and did the usual professional job. He was personable and efficient. Great rate and service.
