Wasted two days of waiting and nothing. Spoke to Rebecca on 9/10 and made an appointment for 9/11 from 9am-3pm. If I had not called at 2pm (9/11), no one would have come out because we weren't on their schedule. Finally, someone came (with attitude) and from the beginning was refusing to even look at the issue. 2 other technicians arrived with no resolution. The person who initially arrived, without fixing the issue or anything, tells me """"well that will be $191.00"""" for nothing. I asked, you are charging me for what? Response from the tech as he turns to the other tech """"I love when they (customers) ask me that question"""" - I paid them via check and called the office. Again, spoke with Rebecca who apologized and would have someone come out 9/12 1:30-3pm to """"at least get your water running temporarily"""". AGAIN, we had to call at 3:15pm because no one had arrived or a call. Finally, spoke with Rebecca an hour after my 3:15 call """"we are running behind but will have someone there today"""". Well, its 7:12pm an no one arrived or called. I had to call REBECCA from another number (they were ignoring my calls) to get someone on the phone. I was again given the runaround and excuses but no solution. TWO WASTED DAYS with no water because of their lack of customer service and professionalism. Will NEVER USE THEM! OH THEY ARE NOT 24/7 - LIES!!!

Friend'S PLUMBING is great. Bill and Tyler came to replace some copper pipes. They were personable informative , and worked hard. My cousin told me their prices were reasonable .

Again, what a good experience I had with Friends Plumbing. We had a blockage 45 ft. from the trap that prohibited us from using the master bath. Every person in the call center was friendly, knowledge, efficient and wanted to help. My service technician Nicky Woods was knowledge and had the right equipment to find out what the problem was and quickly clear the clog and get my master bath operational. Friend's Plumbing is my only call I make since I know they will do the job well on the first visit - I recommend them highly. Roge P Palm Harbor

My hot water was coming out brown, a tech came out and informed us that it was time to replace the water heater. I wish I could remember our techs name he was absolutely wonderful. He really cared about his job and making sure everything was done correctly, after draining the nasty brown water into our shower he actually took it upon himself to clean the shower and left no trace he was even there, one less thing I had to worry about. He found our water softener was installed incorrectly and the previous company rigged the water lines to """"make it work"""" he suggested it be removed, I'm so glad he caught that and didn't try to sell me another softener just to get money. I will go back for any other plumbing issues I have!

It was New Years Eve and the worst tragedy happened. My wedding ring was accidentally flushed down the toilet. It was awful. It was valuable but the emotional value was priceless. It fell at the end of the flush but it was gone. We stopped all water use in the bathroom and called Friends Plumbing New Years Day. Jeremy was our New Years miracle. He removed the toilet and stuck a camera down the pipe. I burst into tears when I saw my ring. He struggled and fought with the pipe, the ring ,the vac and everything. About 2 hours later he finally pulled it out. Yes it was a miracle.

Friends is friendly but super expensive. Toilet replacement cost $1200. Not sure it's worth it. Will use Home Depot next time.

I had to get a new frig as my old faithful had it's last breath I bought one with a water and ice, Never had that before so it was exiting. I called Friends as i have used them in the past, and they did not disappoint. I met the founder Grant and his helper, (forgive me I cannot remember his name) He was so nice and we. I was very please with the estimate and they did the work right away. Professional, Polite, Efficient, and very reasonable. I was so happy...

Reached out for a quote to replace a hot water heater, The quote with the """"member discount"""" was $1690, It's ok if that's the best offer, but the employee said this is the best price around, no one could do lower. Went elsewhere and got a quote for $600 dollars lower. Would definitely recommend to look at multiple quotes, because they were on the higher end. Also buy your own Hot Water heater, Lowes and HD have many in stock, no need to spend +$500 more for whatever they were charging. Sucks i had to spend $75 but in the end, saving $525 is a much better feeling. Hope this helps!
