I found Rene through yelp and I'm glad I contacted him. He was responsive and timely. He determined that there wasn't much else we could do for our toilet but gave us advice on how to help it function properly. He didn't just sell us something we didn't need and he was even willing to look at the shower which was something he wasn't even there for. Since he didn't do anything as far as service he didn't charge us anything.

It's hard to find a plumber you can trust and Rene gained our trust and future business today. He was nice to boot!

I read all the good reviews about Rene but.....

I called Rene twice and spoke to him about a job he never called me back. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and called him again spoke to him we made an appointment for the next day. Again i didn't get a call from Rene but from another guy that i didn't call who offered to do the job. This man was not from Corona and was going to charge me more because of the distance.

Because I read good reviews about Rene I thought he was going to be reliable, not so much on to the next. I called another guy in corona from Yelp and he is on his way.

I have a rental home about 2590 miles away from me.. I found Friendly Rooter Plumbing on yelp gave them a call. Rene was at the house same day did repairs needed and all is well now. He communicated well with my renters they appreciated his professionalism and speed to get the job done. When it came down to payment Rene doesn't take credit cards so he said he would just email me an invoice and I can just send a check later. Didn't know companies still do that!!! And his price was real good

Thank you to all Yelpers for recommending Rene. He responds super fast to tel calls and he has email, which is rare for contractors.
Called him yesterday, met him today, showed up right on time, to change a kitchen faucet. Job was done perfectly and everything was left very clean. He even offered to pick up whatever faucet I wanted at Home Depot before coming, at no extra charge. Wow, that is SERVICE!!
He is such a nice man too. He offered me some water as we were leaving and got to chat with him for a few minutes.
He will go as far as Hemet so if anyone needs a good plumber, I would highly recommend Rene.

Left a message and Rene called me back within 30 minutes. He came out to my house the same day and replaced a cracked outside hose spigot in record time. Very affordable, quick service, very friendly. Highly recommend!

Great service and fair price. Had to troubleshoot and in-wall leak. Looked in attic & and everywhere. Ended up being a trickle at the bathtub intake. Took 3 trips to find, thus the 4 stars. Rene was very patient, however. Thanks!!

Great service! Water heater valve snapped off and Renee responded quickly on a Sunday afternoon. His prices are great for quality and efficient work. Highly recommend him.

I called Rene at 9am and he showed up in 20 minutes to repair a leaky water heater. He diagnosed the problem immediately but didn't have the part on hand. He returned with the part in 15 minutes and repaired the problem within 45 minutes. He also advised us to take off the insulation that was around the water heater. My husband asked if he could do it for us and he said sure but it'll take a long time. I take it to mean that it'll cost more if he does it. He charged us $135 for the job. I don't know if that's a good price or not but based on previous yelp reviews he seemed to charge what is reasonable. I would hire him again based on his efficiency and quick response.

I love Rene! He saved the day on multiple occasions. I should have called him first, instead I called one of those guys who advertise on the radio. You know, the ones who smell good... Yeah right. Rene had to come and fix the mess that they left behind. He was reasonable about price, and he was on time. I didn't have to wait and wait like I did with the other guys. Don't make the mistake I made. Call Rene from the beginning. Great work, great price.

I am very pleased with Rene's service. I called Rene to replace my kitchen faucet in Rancho Cucamonga last week based on positive yelp reviews. I called two well-reviewed plumbers in the area. Rene returned my call within 5 mins, gave me a quote, and had appointment set up for the next morning. His pricing was $10 more than the other one, but his promptness, good attitude, and good reviews are worth it. He was on time and courteous. He showed me why he had to replace the supply lines and he had to go to Lowes to get an extra part. He got the work done and kept the area clean. It's been a week and we have had no problem. I would called Rene again if I need plumbing service in the future.
