I called and left two messages because I had a main line sewer block and the first plumber we called out didn't have the equipment to do that (he just did basic home repairs) and I NEVER got a call back! I don't know how a company plans to be successful if they can't even call you back!

Rene is awesome! We had a slight plumbing problem late last night and first thing this morning we called him and he was able to come in just a couple of hours later. He quoted us about 100-150 but only charged us 80 since our problem wasn't as bad as it could've been.
He's quick, efficient, and inexpensive. Who doesn't love that?!

I just found myself a plumber for myself and my family. Great work and great price. Even went the extra miles for free. Called over the main stream big name guys over and all they want to do is sell you sh**** you dont even need. And they charge you an arm and a leg. Rene is what people describe him as here on yelp, honest and fair. Thanks Buddie!

I found Rene through yelp and I'm glad I contacted him. He was responsive and timely. He determined that there wasn't much else we could do for our toilet but gave us advice on how to help it function properly. He didn't just sell us something we didn't need and he was even willing to look at the shower which was something he wasn't even there for. Since he didn't do anything as far as service he didn't charge us anything.

It's hard to find a plumber you can trust and Rene gained our trust and future business today. He was nice to boot!

I read all the good reviews about Rene but.....

I called Rene twice and spoke to him about a job he never called me back. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and called him again spoke to him we made an appointment for the next day. Again i didn't get a call from Rene but from another guy that i didn't call who offered to do the job. This man was not from Corona and was going to charge me more because of the distance.

Because I read good reviews about Rene I thought he was going to be reliable, not so much on to the next. I called another guy in corona from Yelp and he is on his way.

I have a rental home about 2590 miles away from me.. I found Friendly Rooter Plumbing on yelp gave them a call. Rene was at the house same day did repairs needed and all is well now. He communicated well with my renters they appreciated his professionalism and speed to get the job done. When it came down to payment Rene doesn't take credit cards so he said he would just email me an invoice and I can just send a check later. Didn't know companies still do that!!! And his price was real good

Thank you to all Yelpers for recommending Rene. He responds super fast to tel calls and he has email, which is rare for contractors.
Called him yesterday, met him today, showed up right on time, to change a kitchen faucet. Job was done perfectly and everything was left very clean. He even offered to pick up whatever faucet I wanted at Home Depot before coming, at no extra charge. Wow, that is SERVICE!!
He is such a nice man too. He offered me some water as we were leaving and got to chat with him for a few minutes.
He will go as far as Hemet so if anyone needs a good plumber, I would highly recommend Rene.
