The owner Paul clearly has some issues, he called my business today looking for my landlord (who has nothing to do with my business) and when I wouldn't give him his info he left me a one star review on Google. Not sure what kind of jerk leaves another small business a one star review when they should know how hard it is to be one. I had no idea if you were a debt collector or someone looking to cause harm. I'd hope you wouldn't want your info given to a random stranger on the phone either, but I guess not.

When I was looking for a team to help me get electrical and HVAC into my shed office (which included a fairly long underground cable run), Friendly came in with strong pricing and a can-do attitude that made a potentially complicated project seem really doable. Also, when winter weather delayed my insulation installation (and thus drywalling), Paul and the team also worked me with me over the course of several months to schedule and complete the final electrical and HVAC installation. I enjoyed working with the Friendly Team and would encourage others to consider them for any project.

Bait and switch. Stay away. Increased their price for replacing hot water tank after the work was done even though ""Paul"" looked at the job and gave us quote prior to starting. Asked for 5% surcharge for using credit card. Unprofessional when questioned about price increase. Bully who wouldn't let us speak on the phone and kept interrupting and harassed us instead. We've replaced hundreds of hot water tanks , as we own 60 properties. This is the first time using these people and the last. If the person talking to us on the phone is the owner , Wow. Horrible customer service.

Dishonest and was very rude. Stole money and never returned to finish the job. The owner never returned as promised to ensure his crew was even doing the job properly. They left my home in a very dangerous and unsafe way with live and exposed wires hanging out, and the wiring also hadn't been done correctly in some places. There are a lot of reputable electricians out there but this isn't one of them. Don't be fooled. Look elsewhere.

The previous homeowner of my current home was a moron and did everything wrong. When I encountered a very bizarre electrical issue, Friendly Electric was very inquisitive on the phone, quick to make an appointment, and efficient in their service. While I was at work, they came to my home and did the job while my fiancee worked from home. They were professional, courteous and informative. Pricing seemed to be fair relative to the work performed. I won't have to shop around for electricians next time. A+!

I called the business when I blew a fuse in my moms kitchen and went downstairs and found an actual old fashioned fuse box. Friendly Electric suggested a new box and came out the next day and installed one. They cleaned the outside box rather than telling me to replace it ($800). The workers were intelligent personable honest and yes friendly. The work was done perfectly and at a really good price. Highly recommend. Will use again.
