On February 23, 2018 one of your plumbers (Lee) came to my house to install a shower and reroute the water lines and vent piping. I also needed shut off valves installed for a sink on the outside of the wall as the sink is on the back deck. He was there at 8:30 a.m. and according to Julie at the office was back at their shop at 3:30 p.m. I was told by Julie over the phone that he had 6 1/2 hours into the job at $87.00 an hour which would be $565.50. The plumber did use some water lines and on the bill this came to $14.00 however, I was charged over $600.00 for this first day. The only thing that was done in this first day was about 3 to 5 feet of water line, he soldered the copper pipe to the rough in valve and laid it up against the wall, and I have two short pieces of water pipe coming through the wall for the shut off valves. After 6 1/2 hours of doing this he went back to his shop and I was told he would return on Monday to finish the job.

He arrived Monday morning at 8:30 a.m. and left at 3:30 p.m. and the only thing that was done on this day was the shower pan set and the shower walls installed, the water lines to the shower was completed (only about another 3 - 5 feet of pipe as we put in a smaller shower than what was in there). He rerouted the vent pipe, again only moving it about 3 feet. When I complained about the time it was taking to complete the job to Friendly Plumbing, I was told he had to do some carpentry work to secure the shower walls. This consisted of two pieces of 2x4 to be placed in the frame to secure the shower walls (frame was exposed no drywall was up yet). Still do not have shot off valves and the job is still not done.

I talked to some other plumbers (I worked for a plumbing company for twenty years and explained what had to be done and got the same response from everyone that this job should have been done in one day).

Well when he left on Monday the 26th of February I was handed a bill for over $1200.00 and I still do not have the job completed.

Needless to say this plumbing company will not be out to our house again for the finish and the second bathroom remodel. I feel as though we were taken advantage of and charged excess hours for the worked performed.

Josh came to fix a leak from my water heater. I Didn't want to put too much $ in cuz I want to move. He didn't try and sell me on more and was very personable, and cute. He was real and listen to me and my worms. Thanks , I'll call again.

Our house is 71 years old and we needed extensive upgrades to our plumbing. Josh has been working on our home replacing pipes and troubleshooting what needs to be done.
Josh is hard working, very knowledgeable and more importantly he is a very nice young man.
He always cleans up our after he is done with the work

Had the misfortune of getting my sewer drain backed up in my home but had the pleasure of working with Josh from Friendly Plumbing to fix the situation.

As the drains were back flowing we both assumed the main sewer drain was blocked up. Sadly, snaking the drain did nothing to repair the issue. The last resort was going to come from having to let all the water slowly drain to remove a toilet and clean the pipes that way. Something that would have left us without working toilets and showers another 24 hours at least.

Josh racked his brain and came up with another plan to work from the faucet lines to fix the issue and several Clorox wipes removed later the water was flowing again like normal and the possible stress of having to deal with this for another night was handled. Professionalism, care and knowledge saved the day and I couldn't have been happier with the result.

I fully recommend Friendly Plumbing if you have the unfortunate need for a plumber down the road.

I made an appointment (which took 4 days to get) for an estimate on a very large refit of plumbing pipe on older home. I was already warned this was going to cost alot, but the job needed to get done. Upon appointment day, NO ONE SHOWED UP. I called again and they had FORGOTTEN me. The girl actually told me maybe I should go somewhere else. This was a case of a front girl not knowing her job. I said I would accept the mistake and could someone come out soon. An hour later he was there. Took measurements and I made the job simple by opening walls for work done. He said he would go back and email the estimate back. TWO (2) days later, still nothing. I called and was told they are still working on it. Why does everyone LIE when they simply don't want the work? DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. I shared my experience with my neighbor and he said if I had asked him first he would have said NOT to get them at all. They have cheated seniors he knows out of thousands for poor quality work that was never done correctly, or never needed in the first place. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

They came out to my house for a Fidelity Warranty claim. Fantastic work by their employee Carlos, who not only fixed the issues that we knew about also found a couple of other things that were wrong and it was all covered under the home warranty. Julie, their dispatcher, communicated well during the lead up to the appointment, and she went to bat with the warranty company to make sure that everything got covered. Great job all the way around!!

Was referred to this company by a friend and was not disappointed. Plumber Josh was at my house on the same day and leak in shower was discovered and repaired within an hour. Very friendly and knowledgeable technician - will be contacting this company for any further repairs and possible upcoming bathroom remodel. Thanks Josh!

I think our experience with Friendly Plumbing was about as good an experience as one can have while doing a complete bathroom remodel including new fixtures, hardware and moving some pipes.

Friendly Plumbing was professional, friendly, kept their appointments, handled the surprises (and there were several) well, and did a quality job with quality parts across more visits than I think we both expected (in part due to surprises on other parts of the remodel job they weren't responsible for).

To top it off, their going-in estimate, while not the lowest (they were highly recommended by someone we trust so we went with them), felt reasonable. Their final bill was also about as close to the estimate as one could expect. While I'm guessing it is impossible to know what the specific surprises will be in a given remodel project, allowing for surprises in the estimate so as to set customer expectations and provide flexibility is apparently something they do really well (and was much appreciated on our end).

I highly recommend Friendly Plumbing based on my experience with them.

I'm torn on this one. Had them out twice to snake and scope sewer line. That went really well. While they were there I asked for two bids, both plumbing related. It's been 3 or 4 weeks now, still no response to my bid request. I've called 4 times!! 3 of the phones calls wrapped up with ""you'll have the bids 'tomorrow'. Still waiting.
