Recommendation for Algonquin's Friendly Plumbing.
I became aware of Friendly Plumbing through recommendations and have used them for a few repairs previously. I had them out again this past week for a repair and as usual their work and professionalism were top notch. Additionally their customer service is outstanding. Which, in my opinion, is unfortunately rare these days. And their price cannot be beat. Huge shout out to our local Friendly Plumbing. Five stars in all categories.

We had no water to our house due to my screwing-up a DIY project (please carefully consider NOT using Sharkbite fittings!).

The very kind office manager and I exchanged a few texts so she understood the situation.

Their serviceman showed up in less than a half hour and was among the most courteous and skillful tradespeople I've seen in my 70+ years.

In about a half hour, we had a new valve installed and water restored to our house.

Today, very few companies' names accurately reflect how they operate. Friendly Plumbing's accurately does and will be at the top of our business card list for all our plumbing needs.

Michael is very honest and FAIR plumber. I can't tell you how many plumbers I've had at my house dealing with an ongoing issue that tried to take advantage of me. Friendly plumbing was one of the only plumbers to come out and not try to take advantage of the situation. Michael was very professional, explained everything, and fairly priced. I just wish I would have used these guys earlier and avoided the other plumbers I contacted. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Our hot water heater needed to be replaced. A service call was scheduled, and even though the removal and installation presented some difficult challenges, everything was done professionally and completely to our hopeful expectations. We've had Kyle out for a few things over the past year and couldn't recommend him or Friendly Plumbing any higher!

They are so good that is almost impossible to get an appointment within a day. Michael is old school. When he touches something he makes sure it will last for long long time. We did have the bathrooms and Reverse Osmosis System serviced by Friendly Plumbing and we were very happy.
