He was responsive and called me right away to offer an in person consultation the following morning. He notified me when he was on the way and proceeded to get to business when he arrived. We actually had other people scheduled to come for quotes but Chris was reasonable so we decided to cancel the other consultations to proceed with his business. The consultation and drain was sufficiently cleared and confirmed with video footage in less than an hour.
