Very responsive, arrived and completed the work in the same day. Super nice and respectful. Even though having someone work on or repair your house is always more than you want to spend, I felt the price was very reasonable and the work was very professionally done. Rick Fridrich is a highly experienced and skillful plumber. When you call his office and request service he comes to your home personally. He's been my ""go-to"" plumber for years, and had successfully bailed me out each and every time (both figuratively and literally).

I live in an area with extremely hard water, so I have him I speed dial. I have experienced many different types of plumbing issues including water heater replacement, leak repair, fixing temperature regulators, and he's also addressed warranty issues.

Rick is always reliable and his prices are always reasonable. There of also been times when he provided instructions on how to repair minor issues myself to save money.

Great customer service! Quality work! Reasonable prices! Had an underground water main leak at my house. Seeping for weeks.
