This review is long overdue. In 2022 while working on a complete home renovation with another person we encountered the problem of finding an available, but reputable Plumbing Company in the Okanogan area. Some flaked on the job, and some just never responded to messages. We stumbled upon the name Frenchy's through a contractor, and reached out to see if they could help. Completely new plumbing throughout the entire home... I'm not sure I can put into words the work that they did. The attention to detail not only for what they were doing by everyone, and the research that John put in for a pain in the ass shower head, as well as a few other basement disasters that popped up along the way. The professional, and so easy to work with. I didn't feel like just a job because they actually listened to concerns and answered questions in detail. Everyone was great to work with from the office all the way to John and Josh working at the site. I would highly recommend them for ANY job that you are doing.

I have had the unfortunate circumstances of needing to call plumbers more times than I would like to remember; however, I have never had such a pleasant experience as using Frenchys Plumbing. They are quick to reply to questions, providing honest, accurate quotes at any time of day. They make our issues a priority and are very friendly and knowledgeable. If you have a plumbing issue in the Okanogan County area, there is no better company than Frenchy's. No need to call around...they are the best!!! They are honest, trustworthy, friendly, competitively priced and will go the extra mile for you!!

He came out and gave me a quote. I agreed to his price even it was very high, just because I was in a hurry to complete the job. But he never showed up. Didn't answer his own phone, and his wife made more excuses than you could shake a stick at. One of them being that he couldn't get any help and could not work alone. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Called for Mother in law due to toliet not working, They were quick to respond! When they got there they snaked toliet and plunged but snake could not go down. First told me she might need to replace toliet. Then they said let us remove toliet to bring outside to try and fix I said ok knowing toliet my break but they said worth a shot. So after about 5mins of using a pipe they knocked the object loose and got it out! Wow toliet put back in bathroom and worked great! Object was a box cutter knife stuck in toliet! Great work at a great price! Only plumbers I call on now!

Day after New Years 2019 and our toilet stopped draining. We called Frenchy's and they came out to house with it's difficult access. Frenchy came shortly after noon and had every thing working after through possibilities explaining each step. Cleaned up and gave us great preventative advice for the avoiding a future problem. Highly recommend, great people!

Great service. Great guy. I called at 8:30 AM the day after Christmas and couldn't find anyone to come on the same day. Left a message for Frenchy's and received a call back by 9. Said they would be here at 11 AM and showed up right on time. He was able to unclog my main line in under an hour and for a reasonable price which he gave upfront. Very personable and nice guy. Highly recommend.
