If we have ever had an emergency Rich has promptly gotten back to us and made sure that we were back in working order promptly. He does a nice job making sure that we understand the issue and is good at giving advice on how to prevent further issues. It's creates such a peace of mind knowing we have an honest person we can call when we are in need.
