Honest pricing, professional demeanor and gets the job done!

We had to shut off our water due to a leak at the main water line. Called Frenchie and he drove all the way out to Gualala to help us out!

He got here in record time and had the leaky pipe replaced in under an hour. Made some observations and recommendations so we can avoid issues in the future.

Really grateful to have water again! Thanks Frenchie!

If it was possible to give Frenchie's Plumbing a zero star, I would. My home is a fire rebuild from the 2017 Tubbs fire. He was contracted by my General Contractor. He has never stood behind his workmanship. His quality of work is subpar to say the least. Never call on Frenchie's Plumbing!

Started out strong on the first job I hired him for, even though he never actually worked on my house. His apprentice is very disorganized, shows up late, without very standard, basic plumbing parts. This invariably leads to several hours delay while parts are gathered which the homeowner is charged for.

On the first job (sewer line and water line replacement) supposedly everything was replaced with new pipe up to the fixtures. When I got the final invoice the job scope changed to just what is under the house even though he told me there was no remaining cast iron. Paid to have refrigerator water line installed. When I asked if it was hooked up, he said ""we need to blow out the water line."" I've asked several times to have this completed. It's still not connected though he has promised to several times. Dirt was excavated to make room for the work under the house and they left a big pile of dirt right next to the house. He said they would take care of it. It's still sitting there. They left the crawl space vent off when they finished. I had to put it back on myself. I asked for pictures of the work under the house since I paid $10,000 for it. Still none.

The most recent job was outlined clearly to him-- add a second faucet for a new dual sink vanity. He asked me several times if there was any other work to be done. I reminded him of the work he had yet to complete. He kept promising to complete it. Still hasn't. Newest job was a total nightmare. I clearly told him in writing 3 times I just needed an additional water line. He verbally attacked my friend who was overseeing the job, screamed and yelled and stormed off. Sent his handyman again who installed plastic lines in the walls (he wrote they use pex instead of copper because it's easier and faster) but it blew out three times and the handyman kept trying to fix it. Handyman packed up and left and the pex water lines promptly exploded for a fourth time flooding the bathroom, hallway and laundry room. Mind you, he told me the would be using copper in the walls. If my friend wasn't there, I'd never know (except the plastic disintegrated and flooded the areas mentioned above). So he sends me several threatening texts. I now have a CSLB complaint filed and have a licensed plumber coming to evaluate the situation since he said call someone else if I need plumbing.

Moral of the story: Don't trust a Facebook post to find a plumber and don't hire a contractor who sends a handyman and charges contractor prices.

I'm very pleased at Frenchie's work. He was easy to talk to throughout the process. He was very conscientious about COVID 19 safety as well as being very clean going back and forth through our home to the work site. He kept us informed as the work progressed.

He is obviously very experienced and competent. He placed the water and waste lines precisely where we needed them. He made appropriate allowances for our later installation of the tub, toilet and vanity.

His price for the project was very reasonable. I have no qualms about recommending him.

Very responsive and easy to schedule. Made quick work of my pedestal sink rough for my bathroom remodel project and charged a fair price. Very nice guy and walked me through the next steps of my project.

Frenchie installed a tank less water heater for me. He quoted me a very good price, showed up on time and wearing a mask. He did the job extremely quickly, professionally and neatly. He helped me select the right heater for my small space, connected it to propane lines and was in and out in less than two hours. I will definitely be calling on him for future plumbing needs. He is a trustworthy person I won't hesitate to recommend to friends & family. Thanks Frenchie!

I had Frenchie install an on-demand hot water heater. He arrived on time, did good work, and came in even a bit under budget. Will definitely hire again.
