They could not be more rude and in my opinion criminal. Contacted them after having difficulty with their website and was greeted by some of the rudest people ever, in their office as well as their owner Robert Sherwood who apparently owns Sherwood Landscaping of Almont, Michigan also. I wanted to buy American made so I persisted and I then tried to place the order online going to each item separately and putting them in the cart having opened each item in it's own tab and by the time I was finished wasting my time and went to check out they tried to charge me $345.00 shipping on $330.00 of product. If this isn't criminal I don't know what is. They sell on Amazon and an item, one of the ones I had in my cart, they have on their website for $45.00 they sell on Amazon for $80.00, this is how they cover the Prime so called free shipping since they sell and fulfill their own products. Seems like they have a decent product but they are driving people to their competition, even if their competition is China made they are 1/4 the cost. Good products which are difficult to purchase and rude people does not foster someone wanting to do business with them. Sadly I get the impression that they simply don't care.
I purchased materials by phone and was disappointed in the customer service. The customer service rep was short and clearly impatient at answering questions (really - just a few!!) and didn't even wait for me to finish speaking to hang up on me. I assume the company prioritizes commercial companies and gives lesser service to individual residential customers.
I love their products! They are great, high quality and super easy to install. Their YouTube videos are incredibly helpful too.
