I couldn't meet them until the next morning but they were on time, quick, thorough, and affordable!! I was so stressed about having a clog in my pipe but they made the repair process so easy!! I needed a plumber on a Saturday for a clogged kitchen sink. I was over the moon when I discovered ""Frenchie"" at French Connection Plumbing. He assured me that he could have a technician out on Saturday. We discussed my concerns of having someone in my home amid the COVID 19 restrictions. He assured me that Fred would arrive wearing a mask, gloves, booties and he would be very careful about the 6 ft distance measure. Fred was prompt, professional and friendly. He snaked and flushed my line. He cleaned up any water and was very careful to leave my home as he found it. I am very pleased with Fred and ""Frenchie"" and would highly recommend them!

We purchased a new refrigerator from RC Wiley and had them install it. Later that evening we noticed the waterline at the wall was leaking that RC Wiley installers broke. Water was leaking into the garage, our kitchen and garage share the same wall. At 10:00 PM that evening I left messages with a handful of local plumbers to try and get someone out ASAP. Gerard with French Connection was the ONLY plumber who called me back. Gerard asked questions about the issue and said he'll be right over. By 11:00 PM Frenchy was working on the leak, knew exactly what the issue was and fixed it. French Connection Plumbing is now our go-to plumber for all our future plumbing needs.

Thanking the plumbing gods for Gerard and his team! I had a complete backup in my house and basically had to evacuate my house for a weekend until the plumber that my home warranty came out until the weekend was over. Once the 1st company came out, they barely spent 15 min in my home before saying there was nothing they could do because the toilet had to be removed because I did not have a clean out. I called my home warranty back and they provided me with the contact for French Connection Plumbing. Gerard responded immediately and said he would help me and send out his best guy to help me out. Fred arrived within an hour and got to work on the clean out (which low and behold, I did have). He started working on my house around 11am and was relentless in wanting to help me. About an hour later, a second plumber by the name of Carlos, came out to help Fred. Both of them worked on my home for 3 hours! They did not stop until they made sure my plumbing was up and running! When my toilets were able to flush without my tub filling up, I felt so relieved! When I spoke to Gerard again, I was so thankful and he was so happy to help me because he understood that no one should be left without plumbing for that long. Fred and Carlos were very professional and polite and hard workers! I would give this company and his employees 10 stars if I could! Hire them if you run into plumbing issues!

Very, very good service! Friendly and professional and I highly recommend this company. On 1214/19 we had a water heater replaced in our house - they had the old one out, new one in, fixed a few minor plumbing/pipe issues, and did it in less than an hour and 20 minutes. I absolutely would call on them again. Great prices and great service!

I am so happy with the installation of my new Kohler Kitchen Faucet! Fred was timely, efficient and did great work. Also, I located the faucet I wanted at a plumbing showroom in Rocklin. They were 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. Gerard located my faucet the same day and was here the following morning so I could have it before Thanksgiving! I highly recommend The French Connection, these guys are great!!

We have had a horrible experience working with Gerard, the owner of French Connection Plumbing. We sent them to fix a leak on a fire hydrant at a property we manage for the owner. Gerard, knowing he was not licensed to repair a leak in the fire hydrant, sent and employee to dig it up. He had his employee ""dig for 8 hours"" (so he claimed) and the result of all that labor was a hole the size of a kitchen waste basket. Then he told us he was not licensed to work on it and said he would get us a bid from someone who was. 2 months later, we never got a bid but he then billed $1600 for labor. The property owner refused to pay for the ridiculous invoice and offered to settle for a reasonable amount. Gerard harassed our staff continually for payment and eventually sued us in small claims court where his price for services that day had been increased to over $4K. We offered him $200 to settle - but he belligerently bellowed to us that he was insulted and he has never lost a small claims court case (big red flag). When the judge heard our case and questioned him, he became combative with her, admonishing her that ""this is a simple case"". The judges verdict was that we did not owe Gerard / French Plumbing anything - ZERO $$.
In addition, Gerard asked one of our young employees how much he would have to pay her to go to a hotel room with him. He is loud, ignorant, foul, and creepy. Stay far away from him and his plumbing ""Service"". Don't let him in your home.

Time and time again, I use Frenchy. He came out on a Sunday morning after I called him Saturday evening and helped clear out a clogged sewer line that could have been a tragedy for our family! He always takes care of his customers. I'll never call anyone else.

On a Saturday afternoon my sewer main plugged, back filled, and spilled out into my yard through the sewer cleanout. I have had problems with this before so I called the two plumbers I have called in the past...no response from either one although both advertised 24 - 7 service. On Sunday morning I searched Yelp and Nextdoor for plumbing/sewer suggestions. I came across The French Connection and gave them a call. ""Frenchie"" called right back and sent a technician out within 45 minutes. No other plumber responded for hours and none could send anyone till Monday. The technician (Mike) tried diligently to fix my problem (clear the sewer) but it proved very problematic due to some sewer line structural problems. Frenchie did not charge me for this service and told me he would send two guys out first thing Monday morning to continue to work on the problem. Mike returned with Fred as scheduled and they got to work. It took three hours of diligence before they persevered. After clearing my problem they did a great job cleaning up. They (Mike and Fred) took the time to explain what the problem was, how they solved it, and what I could do in the future to avoid this from happening again. Mike and Fred were very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend The French Connection Plumbing!
