My kitchen faucet just needed to be replaced. I called several local plumbing services to get estimates and was surprised to get ball park figures on a job that would probably take an hour, at the most, ranging from $160-200+. I just called him to get a referral for a plumber in this area. I would use Pascal again. I am not sure what he charge, as my landlord paid, but he is good.

We have used Pascal's plumbing services for over 20 years and recommend him highly. He is always prompt about arriving at the scheduled time, thorough in his assessment and evaluation of the problem, and no-nonsense in his recommendation about what is needed to fix the problem. Recently he returned to take care of a leaky faucet that started leaking again after he had fixed it a few months ago, and he charged us a VERY minimal charge for the call-back, saying thet ""I don't want to charge you the standard rate because it shouldn't have loosened; who knows why it did that, because it had been fixed!""

He replaced the washer AGAIN, shook his head and said, ""That HAS to work! Call me of course if you have any more problems!"" (I need to mention that our house was built around 1918, and some of the pipes are REALLY antiquated!.)

He is honest as the day is long, and we are grateful for his knowledge, his cheerful personality and his thorough, dependable service!

My landlord hired Pascal to fix several plumbing issues in our building, including a leaking kitchen sink faucet in our apartment. I watched him work and could see that he is a perfectionist who won't settle for anything less than a job done right. He changed out several small parts within the faucet, not just the o rings. He found a blockage in the incoming line caused by a stuck screw that hadn't been removed for a decade. He works quickly and efficiently. I've worked with many trades people and contractors over the years at my work place and I think I can tell when someone is totally trustworthy and reasonable to work with. Pascal is.
