Khan did major work on our sewer line in November. He and his helper were polite and finished the job earlier than expected. No problems so far.

He also replaced a kitchen faucet and just recently we noticed water gathering under the sink. We called Khan and he quickly discovered that the faucet head was not screwed on tight so the water drained back into the faucet line and leaked. He did not charge us for the call even though it was probably our fault because we twisted and pulled on the faucet while bathing our puppy.

Wouldn't hesitate to call him again.

Efficient, polite and reasonable, what more could you want from a plumber? I called at 9:00 on saturday night and got a return call in 40 minutes. khan came Sunday morning and , loped over my garbage disposal, went out to get a replacement and had it put in within an hour. Highly recommend him and will definitely use him for my next plumbing need.

First thing I noticed was how polite, and professional khan was. He wore booties over his shoes as to not track dirt in. Then he went and took a look at our problem. Our toilet had been given us problems for a few weeks, and Khan took a few minutes, juggled something in the tank. Finally he took a couple of pictures to make sure he would bring back just the right part.

Khan did not charge us for this visit. We really don't know what he did, but we haven't noticed the problem since. Because of Khans honesty both my husband and I agree if we ever need a plumber we would call on khan to do the job.

Excellent service, emergency job, plumber came an hour earlier than scheduled as we only had 1 toilet and needed him right away, and was done in 30 minutes.

He was careful, clean (wore boot covers even though we told him he didn't need to). He also gave me options before doing work, and accurate quotes beforehand.

I contracted Kahn for sewer line repair work on my home. Kahn's trenchless sewer repair work was efficient and the job was completed in a timely manner with minimal inconvenience. Khan saved the day again. I wouldn't normally re-post another review, but I think it's good to add that I am now using his services from across the country. Most tenant issues revolve around plumbing in some way and because of how reliable Plumbing Connection has been over the last 6 months in answering my calls to fix things around the property I was able to get rid of my property management company. The wait time is minimal and they even walked my tenants through shutting off the water so nothing was damaged during a late night pipe break. It's been great having such reliable help with a willingness to help me out while I am so far from the property. Khan makes billing simple and even gives a little peace of mind by telling me how the house looks when he is there.

Normally when one calls a plumber, two things come to mind: first, that something bad has happened (burst pipe, leak, clogs, etc) and second is that it's going to cost a lot (like getting your car repaired). We recently suffered the first on that list, the hot water shut-off valve under our sink broke - which is a bad thing because that means you can shut off the water! Now, plumbing has never been a strong suit of mine, so I just basically panicked, like anyone would do when their kitchen was turning into a lake. I called my landlord to see what she recommended and she immediately told me to call Plumbing Connection. I called PC and left a message and was called back within 10 minutes - Khan was able to calm me down and provide me information to help with the immediate problem of the new Berkeley River I was starting. He walked me through turning the hot water feed off from the hot water heater to the rest of the house; this stopped the deluge and got it down to just a slight drip. Once the panic and stress was relieved, we scheduled a crew to come out first thing in the morning to replace the shut-off valve and make our kitchen usable again!

Come the next morning, the crew arrived on time with all of the equipment that needed (which, is always nice - I know sometimes a contractor will arrive and need to make an assessment of what parts will be required before starting, which just adds a lot of time to the project getting done. It really showed me that Khan listed to me the previous night, even when I was freaking out, about what parts would be needed so to make the job easier). After about 45 minutes, they fixed up the pipes, cleaned up the mess, re-activated the hot water heater and verified everything was working! As a bonus, they also installed a new faucet that has been waiting around collecting dust (did I mention I'm not very good at plumbing?) and, as with the new valve, it works great!

The best part of this whole situation is, as I mentioned at the beginning, when one calls a plumber two things came to mind (emergency and price), and while I did have an emergency and I was expecting to pay a huge amount, it actually turned out to be very reasonable! Because of the reasonable price, the efficiency in getting the work done, and their overall helpfulness (and friendliness), I'm giving them 5 stars.

Extra Bonus: When the crew arrived, the first thing that they did before coming in was put on protective ""bootie"" covers on their shoes so as to not track mud/dirt inside (being that was raining outside) - I realize this is a small thing, but I really appreciated it.

Plumbing Connection came through for me once again!

I had a leak between the walls coming from the shower and I did not think twice to call another plumber but Plumbing connection. Khan came over on a Saturday afternoon within 30min. of calling him. Khan took his time to find the leak and gave me a reasonable estimate. Khan's guys came over in 30min to fix the leak and his guys did a great quality job.

When it comes to plumbing there is only one man in town to call, his name is Khan from the Plumbing Connection.

In December 2011 I called to get a quote for a new sewer line from a few locals and went with the cheapest, which was not the Plumbing Connection. BIG mistake! Yes the guy I hired was cheaper at least over the phone, but I ended up firing him halfway through the job. He was sloppy, irresponsible, broke my toilet and didn't do what I asked.

I then went back to Khan and explained the situation I was in. Khan was a gentleman which I greatly appreciated under the circumstances that I didn't hire him in the first place and I was now desperate given I had no drainage whatsoever. Khan was quick to respond, was flexible in working with me to find ways to save me money, his team was friendly and absolutely professional in every way, working until 10:30 on a Saturday night to be sure my family had our plumbing working!

I was so impressed I called him just today to clear my kitchen sink. Again he was quick to respond and very fair with the pricing. His crew went above and beyond actually cleaning the entire area below the sink. Really! I am used to contractors and plumbers just doing their thing and leaving the clean-up to me. What a refreshing experience. I highly recommend The Plumbing Connection!
