Our HW heater went out a year ago, and Guy & Anthony replaced it within a day for us. A year later, the new heater started to malfunction. We tried going thru the vendor but they weren't responsive. Guy sent Anthony over the next morning and replaced it for us, no charge. He said he'd take it up with the vendor on his own time. That's about as strong a commitment to a customer as you'll find anywhere.

Anthony showed up on time and knew immediately why our sink was leaking. He was very fast and really nice. Made sure the sink was not leaking before he left. We were very happy with the service we received.

Their job is a work of art. I have a very old water heater (mobile home) that needed to be replaced. Anthony was in the area and passed by and told me that Guys is going to contact me for the estimates. I received the estimate and was told they can do the job the following day if I am available! I didn't waste time and confirmed the schedule.

This is one of those contract job that I am super content of the result. They are really proud of their work to the details, no shortcut even if it cost them more time. They love what they're doing!

I'll definitely going to call Guy when it's time to re-pipe the whole house. Thanks!

Freitas Plumbing did a complete re-pipe for our older home, a new water heater and other things. Guy was fantastic! He recommended some small additions which have greatly improved our house and yard (an extra outdoor spigot, setup for a utility sink in the garage). They completed the work as scheduled and did an excellent job. My husband is familiar with plumbing and construction and said everything was top quality.

I called Guy and got a very reasonable estimate for a plumbing job. He arrived right on time the same day that I called for an estimate. The work was completed efficiently and he explained the process of the repair and how he would be improving upon the original installation. Quality work, reasonably priced.

While I have no complaints about the actual work that was done (Installing a new garbage disposal) I do have complaints about the process that led to a much higher charge than I was quoted. i scheduled a day to have a new garbage disposal installed and was quoted a price of $275 for a replacement. ($350 if any pipe changes were needed) I then asked about which model disposal they would be using and was told it is the Badger 5 Insinkerator. I did some online research and was not pleased with the reviews I found for that model. I then asked if they had a different model to install and was told that is what they carry on their trucks and if I wanted a special one, it would cost more or I could go buy one myself. I asked what the price would be for installation if I were to purchase one myself and was told $175. I was happy with that price, so I went out and purchased a disposal from Sears. The gentleman came to my house (an hour late from the ""Between 8:30 and 9:30 am"" window that was promised) and installed the disposal. (he did have to leave to go to Orchard Supply to purchase a power cord, since it was not included in the box with the new disposal) When he finished, he produced an invoice for $318! He THEN told me that since this was not the normal disposal that they install, it was bigger and more difficult to install, resulting in the additional charges. That, along with the purchase of the power cord resulted in an additional $150 charge?? I was not told about this being a model that was more difficult to install when I asked for an installation quote, nor was I told it would be more BEFORE he actually installed it when he saw what model it was. I also was not made aware that there would be a 3% additional fee for using a credit card to make the payment at any time, until it was time to pay for the services. Again - the installation was done cleanly and the disposal works great - I'm just upset at the additional charges that were never communicated until the work was completed.

This review was long pending. GUY worked on a leak in november 2016 from my upstairs bathtub with short notice.We had to peel of ceiling , cut the wall behind the shower , stop leak. Treat the mold, fix the leak when tub overflows .. yeah ..all sorts of stuff. Good thing is ..guy explained to me what was the issue , where it is and how he is going to fix it.Bigger issue than i expected , but i feel good it is fixed for good. He also has good contacts for sheetrock fixing and mold removal. We called him for another issue with downstairs bathroom , again responded quickly and showed up on time and fixed it.
