Recently our water heater had a problem and pilot light wouldn't stay lit. Furthermore, this happened during the weekend :(. I yelped and contacted Gabriel from Freitas Plumbing. He was prompt and provided clarifications to questions that I had. The pilot assembly was not available either at HD or Lowes but water heater was still under warranty. I made arrangements for the manufacturer to ship the parts asap and we had the parts by Tuesday morning.
Gabriel arrived, almost on time :), and explained what is involved, how long it may take and have the new assembly in place within 45 mins. He was helpful throughout and provided other related information on other types of water heaters (tankless, electric), brands, etc, if I ever have to replace the current one.

My water heater started to leak and decided to go on Yelp for help. I picked Freitas Plumbing because it got 5 stars and all of the reviews were excellent. I called late morning and they came the same day in the afternoon. Since the leak was getting worse, they really helped me out. The work was excellent and fast. They cleaned up after themselves and even help me straighten up my garage. Guy was friendly and offer some great advise. I will definitely call Freitas for all my plumbing needs.

Had drainage pipe blocked up and overflowed a downstairs toilet and shower. Setup an appoint late evening the previous night and they called me at around 8am. Showed up to my door 2.5 hours later as scheduled and proceeded to check around. My home is older and had tricky pipes where there were a lot of T-joints. Guy started looking for the problem from the backed up toilet which lead to one of the tricky T-joints. Then he proceeded from drainage on the opposite side of the toilet. There was also another trick T-joint there. However, after tweaking the snake through, he finally got the drain to go down. The operation took 2.5 hours. But Guy charged me the flat rate discussed before the job started. They were clean and provided good clean up for my bathroom and adjacent laundry room. Very happy to have quick turn around.

My 3 years old GE water heater is not heating up, hence called Freitas up. He told me since the water heater is still very new, GE customer service will able to replace the part for free! The only thing he will charge me is the labor for installation! That is more than fair! He looked at the problem from customer point of view and save me money!

While calling around for someone to perform a same day replacement, Guy proved to be the most responsive and offered me a fair quote. Guy and Anthony showed up right on time and efficiently replaced the faulty heater. They were very pleasant to deal with and answered all my questions throughout the job. Just finished a job at my house, where in my sprinkler head leaked,called guy and within 30 min showed up, and fixed the problem... In an emergent manner. His charges were very reasonable doing the job off hours.

Guy Freitas and Antony did the plumbing work for my home, and they were very thorough and professional. These guys are extremely helpful and know what they are doing. Plumbing problems can be frustrating, but you can count on these guys!

Had a problem with our water heater. I pinged him over yelp, he responded promptly and gave a time slot. He showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem to a malfunctioning thermocouple. Replaced the part and was done in under 30 mins. Very efficient and pleasant to deal with. I wouldnt hesistate to recommend him for similar jobs.
