Watch out for these guys. Had a water heater they installed fail in warranty period. They replaced it at a cost of $900 including $150 to pick up the replacement water heater. Cannot help thinking I could have gotten a better deal buying a new, better water heater at a big box store and getting them to install it.

I have used Freiner for both plumbing and heat issues, I could not have been happier on all occasions. In my case there response time was fast and had my problem fixed right away. This is a great family business who will be around for along time. If you like doing business with a local family businesses, this is who you want.

A couple of guys came out and did a top quality job in replacing a gas oven. I was concerned with the bill as the labor costs had been adjusted, yet not detailed so it was tough to make sense of.

I have used Freiner Company many times and have always received great service. Today I called because we needed a new toilet and faucet installed. After yesterday's storm I didn't think I'd be seen today because it would be busy. I was called back promptly and the plumbers came over within the hour with the items that I ordered. Everything was installed in a timely and courteous manner. This is why I love supporting local business. They care!

I cannot recommend Freiner enough. They took a busted water heater situation and quickly, efficiently and pleasantly fixed it. I was in high anxiety and knowing that Freiner was on the case eased the situation. I had used them before and would definitely use them again (I already know when I will call!). Everyone who works for the company is easy to deal with and their prices are competitive.

My original review was removed for not providing enough information about my personal experience...apparently. I have worked with the Freiner Company over the years and my review is for two separate occasions. The first being in 2013 where my shower faucet broke and they sent someone over within a couple of hours even though it was well after the normal business day. In a similar situation situation, I referred the company to my neighbor with a prominent leaky faucet and they took care of it within the same day. They are timely, professional, and courteous.

NEVER, EVER HIRE THIS COMPANY! THERE IS A REASON THEY ARE 2-STARS ON YELP! The two stars are probably for David who was great.

Ken Freiner (owner) came to install a garbage disposal and a faucet that we purchased from Sears. He had a spare new garbage disposal in his truck because we had discussed it when we made the appointment.

First of all, Ken did not have the right parts to complete the Sears garbage disposal installation (this was not his fault as he did not expect me to have purchased hardware myself). At that time, he should have advised that it would take him an hour ($100 of ""labor"" time) to purchase the parts and offered the option to just install the garbage disposal unit he had in his truck and I could return the Sears unit.

Four hours of incompetence later, he completed the installation, and the Sears garbage disposal worked fine. The faucet however, was hackneyed with a black piece of plastic jutting out from the back . It did not sit flush and was not firmly installed into the sink. He advised that he would return if additional work needed to be done and it came loose (implied labor would be warrantied).

Within 22 days of this install, the faucet came loose and the putty he had used to secure the faucet on the black plastic was washed away. As a result of the faucet being insecurely fastened, our turning/using of the faucet resulting in the plastic bolts that secure the faucet under the sink to be broken. We called the company and they promptly sent David to fix his boss Ken's poor work. David even was surprised the installation was so poorly done. To David's credit, he did the job perfectly and he is the plumber I should have just paid directly. The plastic piece was removed, he took old metal bolts from an uninstall that he had done recently in his truck and fixed the problem.

A week later, I receive a bill for close to $150 for the hour of follow up work. Ken billed $100/hour for his rate and David was billed at $135/hour. What a rip off considering it was a follow-up service. I calledl the company to complain and left the details in the voicemail. I used the words ""faulty installation"" in the voicemail...to which he took offence and called me at 6.45am the next morning to start a heated argument.

I was not in the mood to argue with him as it was clear we were not going to agree. His inabilty to install the faucet properly caused the bolts to break. He claims it was Sears' faulty product that could not be installed properly in my sink...however his colleague David managed to do a perfect job second time around. Would call David again, just not Ken. He agreed to cancel the bill and and ended the call with a ""customer, you're wrong"" *click*. Ahem. The customer is always right.

NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY - TOTAL RIP OFF!!!!!!!!

We hired this company to change a two faucet shower to a single control to aviod the burning feeling when the toilet is flushed. They quoted us $90 per hour, but charges us $125 for six hours. The guy was here six hours but chatted for two and only worked for four! Additionally he didn't seal the unit propperly so there was still water leaking issues. They also charges us $375 for parts! NO WAY they were that much. Our total bill was over 1,000. When we questioned them about the bill they said that they usually charge $125 days, and $198 nights and weekends. They also said that they are a fair business - ABSOLUTELY NO WAY. They didn't adjust the bill at all.

DO NOT HIRE THEM! DO NOT HIRE THEM! DO NOT HIRE THEM!
