I called for emergency service on our furnace, which had stopped working. They flat out denied me because I wasn't an existing customer. I explained that we had recently moved to this house and the previous owner had used them for all their services (they had service tickets from just a few months prior going back for years) and we fully intended on using them for all services. They flatly said no.

I called another service, who came right over and fixed everything. I will be using this other company for all my business going forward.

I love the budget plan option. The woman answering the phone is so friendly and helpful, and they almost always come within an hour of calling to deliver the oil.
