Lance from Freelance Plumbing is so great! I was having a problem with my dishwasher that neither Best Buy (where I bought it from and who installed the dishwasher) or Samsung (the dishwasher manufacturer) could resolve. The Samsung technician actually recommended Lance to me because he used to work for him before he changed careers. Lance answered his phone right away and was also easy to reach via text to schedule an appointment.

He came out today. He was so polite and kind, knew right away what the issue was, and quickly resolved it. He was so great about cleaning up afterwards, even though I told him he didn't need to. And his fee was really reasonable!

I'm so glad I called Lance and will definitely keep his contact info for any future plumbing needs!

Lance is great! When we bought our new home we needed to get the drains cleaned out and we were interested in water purifier and softener options. He gave us a free quote and good advice on our plumbing and water softener options. He's prompt, friendly and easy to talk to. Great service goes a long way.
