Yesterday our basement slop sink backed up due to a clog just outside the foundation of our house. Didn't realize that there is a whole sunset of plumbing that specializes in clearing drains.
Called and spoke with John's answering service and then received a call a few minutes later from John. Said he'd be out first thing Sunday and he stuck to his word and got my drain cleared in about 20 min.
Root intrusion the primary culprit.
His pricing was fair and I'd recommend without hesitation.
I'd also recommend Jim McMannus for any plumbing.
