Recently my water bill has been unusually high, so I checked water meter after shut down the main valve to the house but the meter still went up. So I guessed somewhere underground water line has a leak. 

I searched Yelp to find somebody to take care of and messaged several plumbers, Freddie sent a prompt reply and scheduled an appointment right away. He showed on time and diagnosed the issue carefully then suggested us less expensive option to install a valve on the sprinkler water line to the backyard which seems like the source of the leak.

He and his crew showed up on the same day afternoon as promised and fixed the problem quickly. Now the leak has stopped so that I can have plenty of time to hire a leak detection professional to find the exact underground leak location. Freddie is very knowledgable, professional and easy to work with. Highly recommended.

Freddy and the crew did a great job replacing our water main line. Every time I called, Freddy either answered the phone or called back promptly.
The crew was prompt, friendly, thorough, respectful, professional and competitively priced!
Additionally, because we needed to wait 48 hrs for PG&E, AT&T, etc to mark off the property, Freddy had a temporary water line installed so we could have water.

These guys will waste your time. No show TWICE. Completely unprofessional.

No show in the late afternoon...so I called to find out if he was still coming. He got done with a job late so no but he asked to come in the morning. Thanks for letting me know so I didn't get off work early but hey, this guy has really good reviews on Yelp so let's give it another go.

No show the next morning.

I'm sure they do great work but showing up is half the battle.

You had the correct number as we connected both times...first time you said you got off the job late so not coming (after the scheduled window of time) and second time we proactively asked if you were coming out and you texted back a positive confirmation. Freddie and his crew took on the tough job of finding a small gas leak in our main supply line after we were shut down by the PG&E for more than a week.

Freddie's professional demeanor and absolute willingness to be of service to us in any manor possible came through as he greatly reduced the cost to us by working diligently to detect the leak when he could have easily sold us an entire new pipe line of over 200 Feet in length.

Once the leak was detected he approached the the repair with careful and conscientious deliberation to avoid the many other pipes both water and sewer they had to dig past and around to make sure none of them were damaged, avoiding additional cost and frustration for us.

Three other companies quoted for us and none of them had a clue as to how to proceed let alone how to cost estimate the procedure.

Freddie is an extremely honest person and a very straight forward businessman. We could not have been more fortunate than to have him and his staff eliminate our underground plumbing issues.

We highly recommend Freedom Underground Plumbing as the best in the business.

Short version: Freddy and his team did a great job replacing the water main line at my residence. I'm delighted to recommend Freedom Underground Plumbing.

Long version: I needed to replace an old galvanized main line. Got quotes from multiple contractors. Some specialize in trenchless solutions, the others in traditional trenching.

When Freddy returned my call he was friendly and efficient. He was patient and informative answering questions. Very quickly I concluded Freedom Underground was the right fit, and Freddy's proposal hit the sweet spot for quality and value.

Freddy called USA first thing next morning and by early afternoon all utilities had marked their lines. The following morning Freddy and his team were on the job. They worked diligently and solved the various complications that inevitably arise when working on older properties. They disturbed as little as possible and cleaned up after themselves. All with a professional yet cheerful attitude.

A few days later I had another contractor out to do different work. He took a look at what Freddy's team had done and he said, ""Those guys did an excellent job!""

When people hear ""trenchless"" they often think it is only for sewer lines, but trenchless is a great solution for main lines, too. Call these guys!

Freddy and his team did a great job installing a clean out we needed for our pluming system. Their response time was impeccable and his employees were very professional. Thank you Freedom Underground Plumbing and Freddy for squeezing me into his tight schedule. Had a leak under the concrete slab, originally thought. Hired a detection leak detection from another company but the technician falsely identify the location and suggested smashing and removal of concrete along with repiping , along with calling US gas to mark gas pipe(luckily I went with Freedom Plumbing)...otherwise I may have ended up paying more than I should and project may even take longer.

Freddy sent over the plumber Ramiro who quickly located the leak location which was NOT under the concrete as the other leak detection technician said. The leak was caused by tree root which broke the irrigation pipe. After the locating the leak, the tree was removed along with root. The leak pipe was identify, cut, and replaced. Mr.Ramiro has a very hard working ethic and determinaton who work tirelessly in the rain for 7 Hours. Arrived at 8:25am, tree removed at 11am, remove small portion of concrete and replace pipe. After 7 hours working in the rain, Ramiro had to call it a day before the rain was too hard and the hole he dug for identify the the pipe was too continously filled with water regardless how hard the pump work. So he called it a day and return 2 days later completing the project.

We had a bad sewer blockage in two bathrooms in our house. On a friend's recommendation (and after bad experience with another pluming company), I contacted Freedom Underground. The house is quite old and did not have 2-way or end-of-line cleanout. Freddie was very professional and thorough. His worker went up the roof and they lowered camera cable to visualize the problem (no charges for running the camera). He also went in the crawl space to further diagnose the problem. Based on the diagnosis, they recommended replacing an 8-10 feet of old pipe (which had cracked at one end; this had allowed roots to make it into the sewer line causing the blockage), and to also install a 2-way cleanout so in future it is easy to access the sewer line from outside the house. His prices were very reasonable (middle of line amongst the 2-3 quotes I had). I asked him to complete the work earlies and in one day. On the scheduled day of work, he sent 3 guys and was himself also present most of the time (so 4 people overall). They showed me the video of the line through the whole length till the city sewer and explained all the steps of what they were planning to replace and install. Work was completed in one day, done very professionally and whole place was cleaned and left as it was originally. They had to move one shrub to install the 2-way cleanout, which they did carefully. It is a relief to have the problem fixed (very unpleasant to experience sewer backup). Highly recommend Freedom Underground for any sewer related plumbing work.
