Okay, so I called these guys and was immediately met with fantastic customer service. """"Yes sir and no sir"""" was how I was answered. This is how I was raised. These guys did a completely repipe of my house. They did it with class and aplomb. Everything was perfect when they finished. Additionally, something was weird my sink before they even got to the house and the weirdness continued after they finished. I asked for them to look at it and they fixed it free of charge. These guys were the bomb. They treated me with respect and they were generous with their time.

James from Freedom plumbing arrived on time and was professional and courteous. He quickly located the leak problems in both the kitchen and bathroom. He was there about 1.5 hours to repair both leaks and install a new kitchen faucet. We were VERY PLEASED with the service and price and highly recommend them. When I get great service at a restaurant I leave a generous tip in appreciation. I don't usually write reviews but I felt compelled to this time. My old hot water heater failed and started flowing over the edge of the drain pan and leaking to the ceiling below. I immediately call my home warranty companies 24 hour line and was on hold 40 mins and no one answered. I really hate trying to finding contractors here because they either don't show or are very late for their appointments. Frustrated I started searching online for local plumbers. After reading reviews I decided to give Freedom Plumbing a call and glad I did. They walked me through turn off the water to the hot water heater to prevent anymore leaking. They scheduled to come out 9:00 am the next morning. Their quote was very reasonable. I was really expecting a lot more. I was pleasantly surprised Freedom Plumbing because they actually arrived on time. They were very polite. They did a great job. They cleaned up after themselves. I was charged exactly what I was quoted. But what was even more impressive was I had a previous contractor come out to replace my AC unit that went out earlier and the didn't clean up afterwards there were piles of rust trailed across the room and down the stairs. Well not only did Freedom Plumbing clean up after themselves but also cleaned up the mess the other contractor left behind. This review is my tip to them for outstanding service and going above and cleaning up someone else's mess. These guy are all around terrific. I recommend them if you ever need any plumbing work done. I know I will definitely be using them again. Thank you Freedom Plumbing for everything!

James and Freedom Plumbing were referred by one of my neighbors. They had done work at my neighbors' recently. Making an appointment was simple and easy. The technicians arrived on time as scheduled. What was most impressive was the time they took to explain what they were going to do to isolate the problem. Once they found the issue, they were able to quickly acquire the needed part and solve my problem. I was also impressed with the professional uniforms which included their names. Just an awesome experience. Will definitely use Freedom Plumbing again!
