Had a water heater replaced by them and a few weeks later had a garbage disposal replaced. They were here the day after I called in both instances and did a good job at a reasonable price. I would definitely use again if I needed a plumber.

We have used them in the past, and have gotten wonderful service. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend them We first contacted them on a Wednesday about an outside water leak; we were told they were booked for the day. We said we understood and asked if we could set an appointment for the following day; we were told to call after 7am and they would take care of it. When we called, no one answered and we left a message; no one called back. We called throughout the day, but no one ever answered the phone. We called this morning, Friday, and were told that someone would be here by 2:30pm. No one showed up; we called to check their arrival time, and we were told to find another plumber because they were too busy to make ""little repairs"". If they had let us know earlier, we could have scheduled someone else before the weekend, but it was much too late.

Love this business. Replaced a shut off valve and repaired few other things and charged a very fair price. I read the review about Marraccini and I disagree. I called that business (Marraccini) when I first moved here and they over charged me and the technician couldn't even connect my dryer correctly after almost an hour.

Horrible, called over eight times to get someone to recheck work that had been done to my water softener. Nobody called back, and they said in a quote, ""you are not our highest priority right now"". Do not use them, even the owner wouldn't call me to help.

Great work and design. After flood, we totally redid the baths and kitchen. We installed body sprays in shower, r/o system, sinks,toilets and tub with fixtures for custom tile. Highly recomend.

came out, installed my new water heater, repaired under my sink and it's still going great since the install last year. a lot cheaper than lowes and other places for sure. got a great deal!!!
