Good work & good communication! I had two main water valves that needed to be turned into 1 so i can have my water softener system installed. The issue with other plumbers was that they had to go under my house & who would fit under there? Chris & his son were able to do it & at a fair price! He also gave suggestions on placement of my water softener to prolong its life and called after it was installed to see how it went!

The owner himself provided the service I sought. I needed a toilet replaced on very short notice given that my family were arriving from out of town in 36 hours. He came through for us with Five Star service! He educates his clients and treats them with respect, which is proof that he wants to ensure repeat customers. I've had several plumbers in my home in the past 3 years and Freedom Plumbing is the only company to take the time to explain what is being done. The fee charged was very reasonable.

Our toilet Plumbing was backing up to the point it was unusable without considerable flooding. Put out a request for help and though Freedom Plumbing wasn't the first response, they were fairly quick to respond and more importantly for us, they could come the next day.

Chris and his assistant arrived promptly and were very friendly - but also very professional and ready to investigate the blockage.
Chris did some tests and determined soon enough that the problem was in the toilet plumbing and not a more widespread problem. Lucky for us.

They worked fast, ran quite some cable through our system and were able to identify that the pipe was being invaded by roots of trees in the yard, causing the backup. He was able to drill and remove the main blockage. Unfortunately the problem will probably come back as the roots continue growing.

Overall, Chris was super knowledgeable, is very much a problem solver, and was honest about the cost all along the way. Pricing was fair and the job was done as thoroughly as possible. Everything is working fine for now.
Freedom Plumbing is a trustworthy and straightforward business. We would definitely use their services again.

i called chris, he came to our house, fixed our sink (on a sunday on a holiday weekend), replaced our garbage disposal ... all in a few hours and for less than half the cost of what ALL the plumbers in the area were charging. he is amazing! highly recommend!

Discovered our water pressure regulator was no longer working so I went off some Facebook reviews and gave Freedom plumbing a call, and I'm so happy I did. Chris was super friendly and said he'd be able to have it replaced within a few hours. Chris and his son arrived and quickly replaced the regulator. Chris was kind enough to answer a lot of other plumbing questions I had while he was here. Prices were very fair. I will definitely recommend Freedom Plumbing to anyone who needs a plumber.
