Over the past year we have worked with Mike several times on many different plumbing issues. He saved us during the holidays when our builder left us hanging and took no accountability for our water heater going out. I called Mike on November 29th (Monday) and made an appointment for Wednesday (Dec 1st). I called the back the next day, November 30th, to re-schedule and we agreed upon Monday, Dec 13th at 9 am. Not only did Mike write that exact time and date through text but when I called a few days later to see if he had any sudden openings before then, he confirmed with his own voice that he would see me on Dec 13th at 9 am. He was friendly and forthright during these interactions.

Dec 13th rolls around and Mike doesn't show up. At all. Moreover, he doesn't respond to any of my calls or messages.

What's especially annoying is that we had prepared parts of the house for work we requested. Furthermore, if Mike has simply been honest and told me he didn't intend to honor his committment, I could have hired a different plumber instead of waiting that extra time.

I've dealt with a few different plumbers over the years, some excellent and others less so, but never before has one simply not shown up without explanation and avoided all attempts to follow up.
