If you have a plumbing issue, more often than not, it requires immediate attention. With Freedom Heating and Plumbing, after a week to schedule an estimate, and 2 and a half weeks of calling and emailing to get the results of that estimate, Freedom finally called me back to tell me too many of their plumbers took off work for spring break and they can't get me scheduled to fix my plumbing. Maybe stop doing giveaway contests and home and garden shows to get clients you're apparently too understaffed to fulfill and just focus on doing the work you already have. Probably avoid this company and their crap business ethics. If I were Will Smith, I'd slap everyone who works for Freedom heating and plumbing. But I'm not Will Smith, and I'd get arrested. So this review will have to do...

My hot water heaters were failing after 17 years (I know, living on borrowed time). I called Freedom and they were here right away. We agreed on a path (I went tankless), a price, and a timing. The guys were on time, hit their estimated times, and left my house cleaner than they found it.

I highly recommend them and will be using them for all my future heating, a/c, and plumbing needs.

We had Yahne and they merged with Freedom. The worst customer service ever! I paid for their package deal for service calls etc...we have had a shit show for the last three months! Don't use them!!! I want my paid up front money back but I am sure I won't get it! Their receptionist Lyndsie doesn't follow through what-so-ever! DONE!

I bought a Navien tankless water heater from Freedom. Their service was very professional, they were fast so I could get my hot water back on, and the pricing was awesome. They made it so instead of paying the whole bill right before the holidays I was able to finance AT 0 % and pay it off over time. I will be using Freedom for my Plumbing, and Heating going forward. Thank you Freedom for making a tough situation better quickly.

They came out quick but service quality was horrible while price way to high. Office manager answer couldn't answer questions, owner wouldn't call me back.

I'd rather bathe in Cedar Creek than use these people again. My 85 year old father had similar experience.

Called them when the pipes in my basement burst. They came out and snaked my lines within a reasonable time. We asked that they schedule us to install an exterior clean out access. They apparently called the city to have the water & gas lines flagged but then we never heard from them again. A YEAR later I finally received the bill for the original service call with a late fee attached.
Take your chances & throw a dart at the phone book.
