Tony's awesome! Was having trouble with my water heater after a storm and he fit me in despite heavy traffic and rain. I'm a single mom and know nothing about these things and am always worried about getting ripped off, but Tony was honest with me that the rain probably leaked in to my outdoor water heater putting out the pilot. He went above and beyond, and he patched up the area that the rain likely leaked through. If you're looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, plumber, Tony's your guy! Highly recommend. I booked an appointment with Freedom First Plumbing today and the technician no-showed. No one at the company bothered to let me know. I was contacted by 3 other companies that offered to do the job for cheaper but I had already booked with Freedom First and didn't want to be disrespectful of their time. Now I have a broken sink I can't use that I had been counting on Freedom First to fix which I could have had someone else come out and fix if they had bothered to let me know they couldn't make it.

A broken shutoff valve under my bathroom sink was leaking water and forced me to shut off the main line to the house. Tony was quick to respond to my inquiry and, understanding the urgency, went out of his way to fit me into his busy schedule on the same day. Tony was very professional, knowledgeable, and charismatic, and even went out of his way to explain specifics and show me first hand things to look for. He was very honest about what would typically require a professional vs. what I would be able to take care of myself, which was much appreciated.
