Whoever is answering the phones is rude. Only way to get service is to take an unscheduled entire day off work. Wouldn't recommend.

My AC unit outside was acting up and Freed sent out a technician to evaluate the problem. The technician thought it was the condenser motor but it turned out to be the fan blades after installing the motor. I was charged the price for the fan blades and half of the motor long with the price of labor. After the technician left the AC was acting up again and Freed sent a technician out and it was due to the fan blades going in reverse on the motor so the motor had to be rewired correctly. After the technician left again the condenser motor was overheating on hot days and shutting off while the compressor kept running until the fan motor cooled off and then it would kick back on. Another technician was sent out and that technician told me to put a sprinkler on my AC unit and the technician gave me a story of maybe the neighborhood is fighting for electricity which has never happened and after that the technician left doing nothing for the unit. I did my own research on the unit and found out they installed an undersized condenser motor causing it to overheat. Freed took my old condenser motor so I couldn't even use that one again after they installed the new one. Now they are telling me it isn't worth their time or money to correct their mistake when all that was wrong were the fan blades needed to be replaced so they refuse to correct the issue. Freed would rather try selling me a new one due to the age of our AC unit yet it still ran and kept the house cool when running properly which it would've if not for the undersized condenser motor. My family tried to get by with what we have for the time being due to the cost of a new unit which I can't afford at this time. Freed just refuses to correct their mistake due to an older unit that ran fine yet Freed employs incompetent technicians and Freed is unwilling to let someone correct the issue.

Freed plumbing did an excellent job of changing my home from septic to city. Rich who was my plumber, was very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this business

I had a young kid come out and look at the leak issue I had. He told me there was nothing he could do unless he re plumbed the whole basement for thousands of dollars because of the location of the leak. He obviously didn't want the job because the very next plumber I called did the job for 500.00 no issues at all. You can't beat experience.

The main water line coming into the house started to leak badly. I called Freed Plumbing & Electrical and they got hold of the city to turn the water off from the street. After the city turned off my water Freed Plumber was there Fixing the problem. They did a great job and I was very pleased with the bill. I will be using Freed Plumber again and will tell my friends about them.

We started our week of vacation with a leaking drain pipe under our kitchen sink. We have never hired a professional plumber before, so we opened up the yellow pages and started thumbing through for a plumber to hire. We called Freed Plumbing and was told that someone would be out later that day. Mike came and gave us the estimate and we decided to hire them to work on it for us. Mike said that he would be here Wednesday at 9 to start and he would be able to come back to hook up the water on Friday. We had to replace the cabinets that were waiting in the basement to do that wall and a new sink. It was definately a bad drain pipe, so Mike worked with us to get the drain in the basement built and new pipes for the supply. We had to go purchase a new sink and get it mounted to a new countertop so we could get the water hooked. He would be back on Friday afternoon to finish hooking up the new sink and drain. He came back and we were called prior to him just showing up. This company is one that we will recommend to all our friends and neighbors.

I have never been dissatisfied with their work but their communication skills are severely lacking. I understand the ""arrival window"" but I would expect a call at the halfway point of a three-hour window giving a status update. This did not happen and when I called to voice such, a rude female hung up on me. Time to put her out to pasture...

I'm very pleased with the service I had completed from Freed Plumbing. We had a defective well tank that they diagnosed quickly and replaced promptly at a reasonable price. John Freed and employees Stu and Brian did an excellent job. This was at my mom's home and she is getting forgetful, and both Stu and Brian who worked on the job were very patient with her. Thanks guys.

I had an encounter with one of their workers in a parking lot who almost backed into me so I honked at him to let him know I was there and so he wouldn't hit me. He then waited by his van till I got out and hassled me because I honked at him and took his spot. He was rude and disrespectful all because I didn't want him to hit my car. If this says anything about how he treats his customers I would stay away from them!!!!!

If I could give this company 0 stars I would! I originally called and asked for a quote and to set up a time to work....easy they jumped at the opportunity. WELLLLL
After giving me the run around for a week and not answering phone calls and emails they cancelled on me because I simply asked for proof of insurance and a copy of their license. This is not good business. This leads me to believe they do not have insurance and are not licensed. I would never let them work for me.
