The only reason they get one star is because it is necessary to start the review. I will never use this company and I urge all people who read this to follow suit. They were scheduled to clear my Mothers basement drain line and when they finally showed up they were in an unmarked van and had NO ID to prove they worked for free flow. The person on the phone said they have been in business for 40 years and in that time has no one asked for ID???? I find it hard to believe in this day and age companies do not provide service techs with ID badges. PPL and UGI all have uniforms and ID badges as do McDonald employees. Anyway they didn't have ID and copped an attitude right away, going from we are here to clean your drain to we can leave. I was in agreement with them that they could go but my Mother insisted they do the job. When I showed them the outside basement steps (admittedly covered in leaves and growth) they said they couldn't bring their machine down the steps and I said they would have to come in the back door and they said their machine was so big (20 inches I guessed by his hands) and I said I would have to move some things to open the door and the width of the stairs was normal basement step size. I proceeded to move items and get their way clear when my Mother calls out ""they left"" and sure enough they were gone without a word. Incredulous hardly describes my attitude. I suppose that they make enough money for the company that they can lose repeat customers. We will be speaking to ALL of my Mothers neighbors as well as to all of her friends, my friends and co-workers, my wife's co-workers and my sisters friends and co-workers (she works in a building with over 2000 employees) and urging them to never use this company. They just lost a ton of business in the Harrisburg area. I hope they are happy with their decision.

Outstanding! If you call anyone else, you've made a big mistake. I'm happy, my wife is happy, my daughters are very happy!
My daughter was taking a shower upstairs and unbeknownst to us, water was overflowing in the downstairs toilet!!! Water flooded three rooms and destroyed the carpet. Well, One Call, did it all!!! Our water is ""Free Flowing!!!! :-)
Thank you Felipe' for your outstanding service. I know I was a pain trying to direct you on how to do your job, but you kindly and professionally assured me you knew where the problem was and, handled it.

So glad there are people in this world as genuine as Dan & Joie at Free Flow! They never lie to you about pricing & they do everything they can to ensure that your problem gets fixed! There is definitely not a company that can do a better job than Free Flow!

Thank goodness for Free Flow! I have several rentals and always been very please with the prompt service and friendliness. Very reasonably priced and honest which now a days is hard to find.

I would never use free flow again. My basement had a back up and they cleaned my storm water line and told me everything was OK and billed 180.00. After the 30 day warranty ran out, the basement backed up again. I called roto rooter who came and cleaned the actual sewer line. The professionalism and diagnostics of Roto Rooter compared to Free Flow made me realize I made a mistake.

When Dan was in charge this company was top notch. Now they have fallen to the bottom. I can get Roto Rooter here quicker than Free Flow. I waited for Free Flow for a day without a call saying they were not coming. The next day they are to come but geez it had snowed overnight and they can't bring their equipment in. Didn't call me that time either. I called them to find out. I will not be using Free Flow again. I really miss Dan Dan the Free Flow Man!!!!
