This was the second time Anthony did some plumbing work for me and everything was excellent. He was professional and friendly as always. My shower was leaking and he gave me options for either repairing it, or upgrading it to a single handle faucet and clearly explained the tradeoffs of each approach. I went with the single handle and the installation went smoothly and looks great!

I have been using Free Flo Rooter for years - and I am NEVER disappointed with them. They are easy to get a hold of, prompt and very communicative when it comes to the scheduled time range. HUGE BONUS - they all love dogs!
This most recent time, I have Nick come out to help me replacing my garbage disposal (which busted on Christmas - yea me!) and taking a look at a slow draining sink in my bathroom.
While putting in the garbage disposal - he pointed out some things about the dishwasher that were not correctly installed (by the previous owner & I never use it anyways) but I appreciated the info and just disconnected it so I never use it (even by accident!)
For the bathroom, he showed me how my old cast iron pipes had built up sludge and scheduled another time to come back with the appropriate sized snake. Once he unclogged it, he showed me what was causing it and some things I needed to look out for in the future.
Nick cleaned up everything and took the extra time to make sure everything was working properly.
Can't recommend NICK and Free Flo Rooters enough - I always recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing help.
