Both of our toilets were extremely slow draining - clearly some sort of clog in the main-line. Not a great way to start a Sunday morning... but I was able to reach Free Flo Rooter and within a couple of hours of calling them, Patrick was over and snaking our main line. Within an hour, he had the main line cleared (water was flowing freely) and he run a camera the length of the line to show us the current condition (and the lack of any other clogs). The cost was very reasonable for what amounted to an emergency call.

I've used them twice now for unclogging drains. Anthony has always been professional, courteous, thorough, and detailed. He always showed me the origin of the clog after he's removed it. Anthony makes it a point to clean up after the job is done. Anthony has also always been on-time, giving you a 30 minute notification of his arrival within the 2-hour window. I would highly recommend them!

I've used Free Flo several times on big jobs. They just finished MAJOR work on my septic tank pipe ahead of schedule. I got a message every day about their time of arrival and a message letting me know they were done for the day. I got footage and a detailed explanation of each major step. Our particular job required digging deep where we had a lot of plants. They left the place spotless- not a single piece of dirt out of place. And the plants were all saved. And as always, great staff and very clean work. Worth every penny!

Thanks to Free Flo Rooter our sewer drainage will not be giving us anymore issues fir a long time. I had other plumbers stop by to assess the situation and all of them gave me crazy unrealistic quotes about all the unnecessary things that needed to be done . These guys came out and simply jetted out my sewer line and everyone lived happily ever after. Had an issue with my shower drain not draining as fast as it used too. Andre came quick and fixed the issue, super clean while he works too. While fixing the drain he found out our pressure regulator for the whole house was broken! He came back the next day and fixed that too! Really appreciate how fast and honest they were with me, would definitely recommend him to anyone! If he hadn't told me about the pressure regulator breaking, could have cost us thousands to get that fixed, if a pipe had burst!

I've used these guys several times over the years from jobs big to small. This time it was a last minute leaking hot water heater emergency. They installed a new one, same day, on a Friday night. Andre and Anthony did great work. What I really appreciate is that they do things right, but also explain the logic. Our new water heater is a big improvement and the code improvements make me confident we will avoid future catastrophes.
