Had an issue with our laundry box and drain. Patrick and Charlie arrived to our house quickly and walked us through the process of the new copper pipes and opening a section of our drywall. Free Flo Rooter not only called the day before the appointment offering to come early, Andrei called an hour prior to the appointment window (9-11am) and completed the job before 9am.

Andrei replaced the 3HP disposal with 1 year warranty, with a 1/2HP American Standard and 6 year warranty garbage disposal. Lesson learned: Run your disposal often even if you're not using it!

I was stressing about a running toilet, but Patrick explained everything to me really clearly, went above and beyond fixing it (including adding a seal to the bottom and adjusting the screws on the bottom of the toilet), while doing it super quickly and giving me a very fair price for everything done.

I've been using these guys for a few years now and they've been wonderful to help out during stressful times. I recently called them up for a clogged kitchen sink, the appointment scheduling was smooth and they came out the same day. Steve arrived right on the time frame they said and did a great job to unclog years of build up, Steve was very professional from start to finish to ensure every detail was addressed and solved, and left the house clean and tidy.

What is for hiring them? We did reach out to quite a few other plumbers for pricing. We asked a bunch of questions about the machine. They were using. A lot of people kept saying 4000 psi come to find out. It's not about the psi. It's all about the equipment, the gallon, per minute, and the nozzles that are being used for cleaning out roots.
