they come out very quickly. do the job right away, some price are fair and some are over price. I would check with other plumbers to compare price, especially water heater installation.

Our toilet was completely plugged last night. I called Free Flo Rooter and Plumbing they sent out Patrick. Patrick was on time, very honest, and told me what he suspected to be the problem. He unclogged the toilet and gave me info on future repairs that will need to be addressed. I plan to schedule another appointment for the toilet to be replaced.

As we were searching through multiple plumbers throughout our neighborhood, we noticed Free Flo Rooter & Plumbing was a mom and pop shop, which we love to support our local businesses and communities. They have been wonderful to work with, as they are highly responsive, easy scheduling, and detailed oriented.

Our first encounter was a clogged bathtub. Steve saw the issue and fixed it immediately with a handheld snake. It was like watching a horrific movie because there were long strands of hair clumped up altogether, continuously coming out like a snake, and he just removed it with ease. Steve was amazing and detail oriented to explain the whole process.

Our second encounter was for a clogged bathroom sink. Nick saw the issue and fixed it immediately with a handheld snake, but wait there's more...he even sent us a video to ensure he unclogged the sink, as we were unable to be at the house, which is amazing! Nick is hands down an amazing plumber who goes above and beyond. There company has shown us how much they care about their customers without breaking the bank and ensures satisfaction before heading out.

In conclusion, Free Flo Rooter & Plumbing will remain our go-to plumbing services, you won't regret your decision. They are the bar, and set a great example of how a company should be operated. Thank you again Steve and Nick! We look forward to working with you and your team for many years.

Josh took great care of us after our external drains overflowed and flooded water into our house. He responded quickly, came when every other plumber said they were too busy and delivered great service (rooting every external drain) with knowledge and skill. He also diagnosed the likely root causes of our flood and how to mitigate the problem.

Nick texted before he came. Arrived on time. Took his shoes off to enter the house. Gave my son a smile. Nick came in on a Sunday and bossed it. There was a pipe and drain which needed unclogging and it took him like an hour of intense labor to completely free the clog. Absolutely recommend!

We just moved into our new home and immediately noticed our kitchen sink wasn't draining. It was such an issue that we had call a plumber on New Year's Eve. I called several plumbers & no one would get back to me. I am grateful that Free Flow Rooter was able to schedule something that day. Nick came to help us & he was kind, courteous & extremely knowledgeable. He was able to show us the problem with the pipe we were having, cleared the clog in the interim & set up another day to come back & fix the problem. I rarely leave reviews but Nick absolutely saved us tonight and we are so grateful! We had a gas leak in our apt behind the washer/dryer and the gas company told us we needed to hire a plumber to change the valves where the leak was happening. Until then, we had to completely turn the gas off. We didn't have heat, hot water, a working stove, and washer/dryer for 24 hours.

When I called to confirm my emergency appointment with Free Flo they said my landlord didn't book it and I wasn't on the schedule. But after talking them through my problem they fit me in anyway between 8-10pm the same night.

Nick was prompt, responsive, informed and so helpful. He really took the time to figure out what was going on and went to Home Depot to get the proper parts needed to fix our gas leak the night of so we didn't have to go another night without heat.

he worked with us for several hours and moved our refrigerator and washer dryer by himself. We have a galley kitchen and he had to jump over the counters and climb things to be able to fix the pipe valves. From my experience not a lot of plumbers would be willing to move heavy utilities and get their hands dirty like that just for the sake of getting the job done on the same day. It was a long night and work didn't finish until 10:45pm but in the end everything got done.

Nick really went the extra mile and I would recommend Free Flo plumbing to anyone in east LA or the Sam Gabriel Valley. Thank you again, Nick!
