Free Flo Rooter & Plumbing is a family-owned plumbing business in Pasadena and the surrounding areas, started by two brothers with a shared vision of delivering efficient, quality service at a reasonable price. With one brother starting his plumbing and rooter career in 2002, while the other brings a lifetime of customer service experience, these brothers have combined their talents to create a service-oriented plumbing company.
Before embarking on this business, I spent many years in customer service. Ensuring customer satisfaction was always a priority for me. My experience in the corporate world and upbringing have shaped the core values of my company. It’s essential that my customers feel they have been treated fairly and kindly, and ultimately, that they feel content.
We know the importance of peace of mind, especially when you’re entrusting someone with your home, business, and even your pets. Our household called 10 different plumbers to come and do a free estimate for our Kitchen plumbing, some wouldn't show up, some told us too much $$$ but we remembered we used FREE FLO ROOTER 3+ years ago and they fixed another problem then and now.

There was an emergency fee of $90 but it was more than worth it! Rafael was friendly and communicative, calling with his ETA 20 minutes before. He was able to identify the problem right away and was out and back to get materials and was finished within 45 minutes. I would absolutely call them again and I highly recommend Free Flo!
Judy C.They did an Excellent job ! Call them in the early morning for the hot water pipes making hammer sound when turning it on and off. Rafael came for inspections quickly in the morning and found where the sound came from. And also explained few ways to solve the problems. ( They are the third plumbing company I contacted. The previous two companies did not solve the problem) Rafael and Free Flo Rooter did an amazing job. Now no more hammer sound. Thank you! He came out, explained what needed to be done in order to get my fireplace working. super friendly, professional, honest and most helpful ever. I didn't have a huge project but he still made it a priority to get it done for me. The quote was beyond reasonable. I paid a fraction of what I was quoted by another company that recommended a bunch of things that I didn't need. Would recommend him over and over. Thank you Patrick!!
