Very good service!! Quick response, call for service and they are there for you. They are very professional, give detail plans and options. Estimates are very reasonable! They offer good prices. After the repair, they have warranty on their work. We found out a problem after the repair and they come back very fast. They come and check the problem, fix them if it's caused by the repair. And help us did prevention work which is beyond our expectations. Thank you guys for all the works!! It was really amazing. Especially thanks to Patrick, he takes care of this project the whole time and he is very responsible and responsive.

Highly Recommended! Patrick came out on time and with great communication beforehand. Then, when he arrived he asked questions and actually *listened* and assessed the issue. He gave a detailed assessment and explained his plan and the cost which was reasonable. He then performed the work and communicated his progress and it turns out he didn't need to escalate to the more complex solution and so the cost was reasonable and done very quickly!

My water pip broke in our patio and we had to shut down the water for the hole house.
We couldn't fix it and I went on yelp to get help.
I received a message from Free Flo Rotter and I sent him an image of the problem.
I've explain that we had to shot the water down so the earlier the better, he arrived with in 15 minutes!
Very nice guy, police and amazing attitude, taking his shoes off while walking inside the house, and being careful.
He check the problem and start working on it.
When he was done, i was shake about the price, he was extremely fair and didn't take ay advantage about the situation being an emergency and or that the HOA is paying.
If you ask me, I received an amazing service and a great personality.

People, this type of service is rare. Use his service and you'll thank me. (Well after you thank him)

Ben came out within 2 hrs after I contacted him. He took the time to explained the problem and provided advice on how I can fixed this leak under the sink myself. He did fixed my water heater pipe leak. Yes I could have done it myself but he was such a nice guy and took the time to explain things to me that I wanted to pay him for his service. Humble, friendly guy. I saved his number for future plumbing services. Oh it was a Saturday service and the price was reasonable.

I normally like to received three quotes before I make my decision but it was $110 service to switch the leaked pipe so I cancelled the other two quotes and save me a headache and got it done. Now my Saturday is totally opened to go shopping! Thks Ben for being a great guy!

Very professional service and good honest work. Andre was the tech assigned to the job who fixed a leaky old toilet in the guest bath. He fixed it but the leak came back so the decision was to replace it with a new toilet bc it was so old. He gave me toilet pricing options and offered helpful suggestions. Months later, I had another leaking toilet in my upstairs master bath that had to be inspected bc of a bad leak into my garage and I called for Andre again to take a look. He is skilled at figuring out the issues bc it was a faulty wax ring installation and helped also to replace this toilet as well. He was able to provide quotes before the job and receipts after.
