Well almost one year later we called Freddy and he was going to come tomorrow to fix quite an urgent leak. Since our first experience with him was good. We texted he said sorry the next day he would come. Well it's been a week and Freddy no show and ghosted us on text. Guess when he's in the neighborhood he will work for money. Maybe he's the traveling fixer upper he always had his wife and daughter in the car and the last time he asked if the girl can use the bathroom. Buyer beware! Bye bye Freddy!

Had an ongoing issue with water leaking from tub into the kitchen below. Previously told that there were issues with tub but wife found Freddy's information and he came and assessed the problem. It was a broken pipe at drain all along. He fixed it and no problems since. Very honest and reliable. Highly recommend his services!

Great service. I was scared of using a new service at first. Fredy was punctual, and responsive to all my messages. He quoted me and showed me the problem before starting. Also made it easy to pay. He did excellent work replacing a corroded pipe under my kitchen sink.

Fredy is a very nice person. He takes the time to figure out the issue is and doesn't rush. I had several plumbers here who told me if was a certain problem, instead Fredy found the real problem! I really appreciate him going above and beyond trying to figure it out. He has also done other work and it's always a pleasure to deal with him. He is honest and his prices are very fair. Had a problem with a faulty natural gas hot water (50 gallon) that caused a flood in my boiler room...called Freddy and he and his helper arrived a couple of hours later with a brand new water heater, we agreed to a (reasonable/fair) price and he proceeded to remove the old defective water heater and install the brand new one. He was efficient and knew his craft, and only took about two hours in total, good time management to be sure.

He was COVID-19 compliant and respected all COVID-19 protocols (not that it was a huge deal for me but it might be for some/others).

Being that I was a installation tech many years ago for a local contractor I observed good working, repair, and install practices during the job and everything was done correctly. He was surprised that I knew so much about the job and of course I let him know the reason why as I did the exact same
work many years ago.

Overall, I gave Freddy five stars: He came when he said he would, he did the job correctly, and he did the job at a fair and reasonable price...He beat the competition by several hundred dollars by the way.

Lastly, I was so impressed with his work I told him I will hire him for other home improvement projects that I will have in the near future.

Fredy renovated my bathroom in my old 1928 home. He did an excellent job. He was very professional and thorough. He even designed and picked out ALL the tiles, fixtures and lighting. The only thing I added were the glass tiles. Fredy is a master plumber and does it all. My wife and I are delighted with the craftsmanship and are enjoying every minute in our beautiful bathroom. We plan on calling Fredy back to do our kitchen and more.

I have been out of the house for months following an accident only to find things trashed by the people who stayed here. I started cleaning and blew out the pilot light on my hot water heater. So upsetting. I looked up how to get it lit again and I got it lit but it blew out again.

I looked up some people on Home Advisor and didn't like any of the people I talked to. I had a few references from Yelp and called them but SO NERVOUS that I had no idea what was wrong and how much it was going to cost.

The only one to tell me to try what I had already done to get it lit was Fredy. He didn't have to tell me that over the phone, but he did. He could have charged me an arm and a leg, but he tried to help me over the phone first. I went with him.

He came up and got it going again in a short amount of time, explained hot water heaters to me and gave me an incredibly reasonable price. I will be using him again for the other things wrong around the house. I feel very lucky to have found him!

I called him for a leak from bathroom and he came next day. He quickly diagnosed the problem and offered me a quote for parts and labor. We agreed on a slightly lower price, and he completed the job by installing two new parts.

Feel very lucky finding Fredy on Yelp. He and his crew did an amazing job gut remodeling our 3/4 bathroom. So happy with the work when they were nearly finished with 3/4 bath I had to have him help me refresh another full bath. He had excellent suggestions, polite, on-time, clean and respectful of our home. Couldn't be happier! Highly recommend Fredy!!
