During the latest incident, the incredibly rude driver refused to go down my unpaved driveway because there was a layer of snow and ice on it. After scraping and widening as best I could, he came back and made the same complaint and promptly left. This left us dangerously low on propane and we are currently in crisis mode trying to figure out how to stay in our homes.

All because the driver was too lazy to walk down further than ten feet down my driveway to realize that it was perfectly fine. These people are crooks. Their low reviews are justified.

I had an issue with my master bath sink. The faucet stopped working. I didn't know it was just the aerator! ( I know after testing my water with the state of Vermont and having my soft water system serviced... I should have figured it out!) Anyways I do have Fred's deliver my propane. So my friend suggested calling Fred's. They came right away and it was a snowy morning. So grateful. Thank you Fred's you have a friend and an A for service!

Its absolutely wrong with how Fred's fuel treat me like I'm white trash because of the fuel assistance I recieve. I was never told the delivery days had changed and now they are just so busy that I might have to wait another week for fuel. So pretty much they make out because I'm gonna run out and there gonna Rob me of 95$ for a leak and pressure test that the technician scams you with. I have witnesses that have stood neat the utility room with the tech and did nothing but talk. Never did a leak and pressure test. Like 7 times since I've been living here they've taken Money from my family. ( I'm a single mom trying to get by). The women that do up the delivery tickets are the ones that have attitudes. They circle around you until you had enough of there ignorantcy behavior and hangup. Only thing I can do at this point is get myself a lawyer and have this bad conduct fixed. I don't appreciate bad business. RESPECT YOUR CUSTOMERS.

Ordered fuel oil for delivery at home. Took almost 2 weeks to get delivery made. Price not fixed at time of delivery. Cost me another 10 cents a gallon by the time delivery made. Company would not adjust bill. They said ""Was not their fault as they were busy... "" anyway, told them this would be last time ordered fuel from them. Poor pricing, delivery and attitude.
