Every time I have had to call for an issue they have come quickly. They are very professional and kind. I really like the way I get an estimate and updates if anything changes with the work, and the pictures to prove it and show the improvement when finished. The 90 day warranty is great as well. I tell everyone about them and their great service

Fred sent over his assistant who couldn't seem to understand the plumbing problem (a constant slow leak). Then Fred came over the next day and began proposing a minimum price of at least $400 for a repair. He also recommended to "upgrade" the plumbing for at least $800. I looked at diagram we had for plumbing equipment, from when we purchased it many years ago. Using the diagram I purchased a $4.00 part over the internet - yes I said four dollars, plus shipping. This simple part "fixed" the problem and should have been the first thing that Fred recommended.

Overall, it felt like something is wrong with "Fred". I think he drove into the decent neighborhood where our house is located and immediately began calculating how much the repair would cost. Either that, or he needs to go back to plumbing school.

My girlfriend's advice: if you don't know a plumber, first go to your church and ask for recommendations from your friends. Just pulling a name off the Yellow pages or internet isn't the best solution.

Poor experience with Fred, after a week of trying to schedule a leak repair which led to many broken promises of failing to show up. Had to call another plumber. I will not use his services again. But not to worry, he's got plenty of business and won't care about any negative publicity.

Fred is consistently a great plumber. He does excellent work, always leaves my home clean when he is finished. Fred also stands behind his work and will go the extra mile for his regular customers. Highly recommend!
