These guys were awesome. They knew exactly what they're looking at when I looked at the pipes in my house and figured out how to reroute poorly designed irrigation plumbing, so we could install the water softener with a minimum of fuss and costs. The prices were quite reasonable, to compare to other contractors.

I was having a problem with my well, fine particles of pump pieces clogging up my water lines! Virtually affecting everything with a screen/filter. Fred's Plumbing sent out 2 men who spent about 3 hours clearing the lines and making sure everything was up and running before they left. They did an excellent job and were personable to boot!

We were no showed for our scheduled plumbing appt to run water and sewer to our shop behind our house. I called the day before to confirm appt and was told we were on. The morning of, we were sitting around waiting for Fred's to show up. I called to see when they were planning on being at job site and was told that they couldn't start project that day, and they would call back to reschedule. We never received any call backs to reschedule, and not one call or email to apologize for no showing. Terrible customer service.

Fred's plumbing is fantastic. My technician was Kenny and he was punctual, professional and very efficient. He explained everything to me and I would highly recommend him! Additionally, the rates were refreshing fair and they even reduced the hourly rate $20 because I was a veteran. Incidentally, Kenny, my technician was also a veteran. I would rate this company more than five stars to set them apart from other plumbing companies if I could.

I really cannot say enough good things about Nick, the plumber who came out, and the company in general. After getting a ridiculous estimate from their competitor I was referred to Fred's by a friend. They came in at almost a 1/4 of the cost. The final invoice matched the estimate to the penny. The work was performed perfectly and quickly with high quality components. Fred's does not play any games and gets the job done well. I am so thankful a friend referred them for the job. I am now a life long customer! They will be back soon for some other plumbing needs and excited to deal with them again.

We called and scheduled an appointment to fix a leaky outdoor faucet. They didn't have anything avail for about a week or so, which was fine. Friday morning of the scheduled appointment, we received a call a half hour before and was told they couldn't make it, because someone was hurt. They wanted to reschedule for the following week, which didn't work for us. Then we were told they would come out on the following Monday. But was told not sure. We weren't to happy with that either as we had to reschedule appointments for the original time. The girl told us she would have the manager call us. Mind you, this conversation happened at 7 am as the appointment was for 7:30. At 2:30, still no call from manager. So, we called anther plumber and cancelled.

I recently had Fred's Plumbing out to replace some washer valves and a main shut off valve at my condo. OMG!! I'm so impressed with their service from beginning to end! They were professional, courteous, on time, did excellent work, and price was very reasonable. I am so happy when I stumble on a good find for services. Fred's Plumbing is a keeper for me!!

Fair, prompt, knowledgeable. Tech could have Royally screwed me, saw it was a simple problem, cheap fix. Very clean, very professional... I am totally pleased. Will always be my first call. Only complaint, lady who answers the phone seems like she'd rather be doing something else...

We recently moved to the Hayden ID area, and bought a nice home that had rather old and outdated kitchen appliances. The sink was horrible so we went to Lowe's and found a nice large granite composite sink. Lowe's was suppose to install the sink for us, at an additional cost, but as it turned out, we had to have the granite countertop cut / sheared down in order to fit the new sink. After going back and forth with Lowe's plumber, who was very pricey, I wound up contacting Fred's Plumbing.

I'm sure glad I did. They were very cooperative about arranging two separate visits for two different days. The first visit was to remove the old sink, and the second visit was to install the new one. Both jobs were done with efficiency and a smile. The price was right, too. Very reasonable.

I'll be certain to call on Fred's Plumbing in the future when the need arises.

And please, do not confuse Fred's Plumbing with Fred's Appliances or it's appliance repair service. They are NOT related whatsoever!
