Candis W.Fred's Plumbing should be prosecuted for incompetence, forgery and overbilling. We used to know him, but he has gone off the rails psycho. I saw him yesterday at the grocery store, but he tried to run and hide. When I followed him to front of the store to Starbucks, he hid behind the partition. He's someone I would worry about. There is no State law in CO regulating HVAC. We hired an HVAC specialist who found the motor had been mis wired and was not connected to the air conditioning unit. Invoice was $228.00 vs Fred's for $1,500. I am contacting the Sheriff to file complaint, as someone recommended. There is no state law in CO covering HVAC, so that is the procedure for small towns.
Gerlinde D.I called him for an emergency,my water heater failed. I was impressed he came within an hour. He turned the wrong valve off and my water heater leaked for 2 days. Steammaster and water mitigation could not figure out why my basement was filled with water. He told me he would be back the next day with a water heater. I called their office all day, I did not get a reply till 2 days later saying they can install the water heater in 21 days. Please do yourself a favor-stay away. They caused me and my family alot of grief and a lot more money with their negligence.
Jen B.We were so disappointed in Fred's Plumbing. Stay away from this business. They started a job then left us hanging and wouldn't return calls or come back to finish. We had to scramble and get another plumber to finish a job. Very disappointed!
Pat P.They took almost 2 days to clear my garbage disposal and charged me a fortune. One of them kept saying ""I don't know what this is!"" Really? Then why are you here and charging me so much money? I would never use them again.
