My water heater was leaking and so I called Fred's Plumbing. He came over and was very friendly. He didn't have the supplies on hand to fix t he problem so he left and came back within an hour. He completely fixed the problem in less than 10 minutes. When I asked him how much I owed him, he looked at me and said not to worry about it because the part only cost $12 dollars. I have never had a business completely wave all fees and do work for free. I am still grateful for such a kind gesture and I will always use Fred's plumbing for future work.
