I called on a very warm day when my central air wouldn't turn on. I called for service and was told that they were actually right down the street from me at another job and would be at my home soon. My basement flooded. I called for an estimate. I was told their hourly rate which I agreed with. I was even told how long I should expect the job to take. I also agreed. I assumed my problem was a clogged basement drain as my basement had never flooded before. Apparently my basement drain isn't connected to any drainage pipes. I guess I can't hold it against the plumbers for that, but they weren't able to do any service. They relit my pilot light and told me it would be 200$!! I was shocked. They charged double the agreed upon hourly rate because two men showed up. They also charged me for an hour and a half's work when they were only at my house for an hour. Explaining that they charged me for the travel too. I am not pleased. On top of it they were not even able to pump the water out of my basement because they didn't have the equipment. I had to pay 125$ to buy and pump out the water in my basement myself. Wish I had never called them. I could have relit the pilot light myself!

Paid for two service calls because of natural gas odor. They did not run a pressure test from the meter. Called a different contractor who ran the pressure test, located a serious leak, replaced the lines and now, no gas odor and gas stove and gas dryer are working a LOT better.
