Freddy was able to come fix my non-urgent (but inconvenient, nonetheless) plumbing issue within hours. Not only did he successfully fix the problem, he thoroughly explained what he was going to do, why the problem arose and how I could prevent it from happening again.

Update: I've now had the pleasure of using Freddy Fox twice for separate issues. He was again easy to schedule with, prompt, incredibly friendly and helpful. He's absolutely who I'll be calling for all future plumbing needs:

When no one else would come over to give me an estimatement. Awkward hours, weekend and all Freddie showed up took care of the problem which was just a plugged up toilets would you had to climb on the roof to run it down at Vent.He gave me a price that I couldn't believe. It's an older house so I have problems and he told me the problem I was having my wife putting tissues down the toilet after awhile build-up clogged up and stop up and that do get expensive. It's been 3 months since he did this work and I've had medical problems. I told him I would take the time to put it in Yelp, so I'm honoring what I told him I would do that's how impressed I was by his work and his manners. He took care of me didn't overcharge me in in today's world that's worth something.

If I could give him 10 stars, I would. Freddy was fantastic. I had a clogged kitchen sink and had been dealing with my home warranty company for a week already trying to get it fixed. Freddy was at my house about an hour after I called him. He worked quickly, professionally, and got the job done. His price was also reasonable. I will absolutely call him again.

It was a tough time of year to get someone to come out the same day to look at a clogged main line. Right between Christmas and New Years. Freddy fit me in and I think we both thought it wouldn't take long to fix the problem. 3 or 4 hours later we had to call it a night because traditional methods weren't working. Freddy offered to find a company for me that specialized in jetting sewer lines. Unfortunately, no one was available.
On his day off, while shopping for something completely unrelated, Freddy found a certain fitting that he knew would get the job done. Again, this was supposed to be his day off. He went directly to the property and started at it again. Let me mention that he was working through the vent in the roof. Not long after I received a call from Freddy saying he thinks he got it. I went over and tested it inside and sure enough, he fixed it!

Our bathroom floor flooded after a shower, even though another company had supposedly reamed out the main drain just ten days earlier. We had paid a very high price for that service, but the other company said there was no warranty because there were roots in the pipe. They wanted to charge us even more the second time and wanted us to pay them thousands of dollars to replace our pipe in a way that would have destroyed our patio in the process.

We decided to call a different plumber. We found Freddy on Yelp and are glad we did. He responded to my phone message within ten minutes and was at our home an hour later, even though it was a Sunday. He was very thorough, and explained our options to us. He used a camera to locate where the roots were, and evidently there were a lot that had been there for some time. He reamed it out, broke up all the big roots and then gave us a 30 day warranty. all at a very fair price. He told us that we shouldn't have to replace our pipe, but if we ever did, it could be done differently so as not to go under the patio. He also told us about the option of putting in a cleanout valve that would save us money in the future, also at a reasonable price.

Freddy was very polite and professional and we'll request his services again when we need a plumber in the future. (BTW, we live in Phoenix, AZ, not in San Francisco!)
