I had two bathroom faucets leaking, and Fred took a Saturday phone call from me. We arranged an appointment for Monday between 10:00 and 12:00 and he arrived at 10:20 making a good first impresson. He quickly discovered my faucets were not repairable, and after discussing cost and preferences with me, he went to Home Depot for replacement parts.

He was not gone very long, and it didn't take much time for him to install the new faucets.

I'm very pleased with my experience with Fred and Sons Plumbing.

We have an old house and the pipes are over 60 years old. I had two plumbers come by and they quoted outrageous pricing.. $1600.00 to break the wall and get to the pipes. I just laughed at them and said, I'll call someone else. Ah, this is when we called Fred and Sons. He said he could come over the next day at 7:30 am, which was fine. He called twice to very the time, very professional. He arrived, stated the problem and fixed the problem within 45 minutes.. no walls needed to be damaged. I highly recommend him and will call him the next time I need a plumber, a job well done.

I had a bathtub leaked. He came out fast within the hour of me making the call. He was very knowledgeable about my leak and found the problem super quick and fixed it within a hour and half he was done and fixed my problem. He also help me out to get a drywall person. Freddy came out as promised to look in to a leak of bedroom closet. Turned put it was a bathtub spout issue on the other side of the closet. A simple replacement of the spout did the trick.

I liked how the simple repair was suggested first instead of opening a wall to see or opening up the slab was a first option. A lot of companies wouldn't have been as honest.
