This is a picture of the pressure before and after the new regulator was installed by Fred Morrow Plumbing. On the left of the vertical red line is the old erratic regulator. On the right of the vertical red line is the new regulator data. This pressure data was collected by a Flo by Moen smart water shut-off valve also installed by Fred Morrow Plumbing. It's good to know what's going on in your pipes!

Fred came right out when we identified the problem and he got the regulator replaced immediately.

Fred Morrow plumbing has done high quality work on several different jobs for me. Every individual plumber they've sent over has been highly competent. They've always done an excellent job, on schedule and consistent with their price estimate.

I especially appreciate Stal's friendly professionalism, quick & efficient work and high level of skill and knowledge. He recently carried out two challenging plumbing repair and installation tasks for us in a single morning and the water was back on earlier than expected. Nice! I believe a lot of other plumbers would have taken all day - or maybe even a couple of days. By contrast, Stal was very well organized and knew how to work around whatever issues came up during the job.

I will continue to call Fred Morrow for our plumbing needs.

My family has done business with Fred Morrow Plumbing for something like 25-30 years! Yesterday I called the office with some questions."" Notable, why wasn't the leak repaired? Today when I returned Fred's call to me and he was VERY rude and hung up on me without letting me even get in a word! I had just had a very unsettling experience a couple of days earlier with one of his guys. I called about a very bad leak. They were to come 5 days earlier but THEY had to reschedule. I understood that, jobs can run overtime. The day they were rescheduled to come the window was between 11-1. Their guy didn't show up until 3:15! When he wasn't here by 1, I called the office. was told that he said he could get here by 1:45!! When he got here he really didn' want to come inside. In fact, he really just wanted to leave it seemed like! I understand the fear of the virus etc but the leak was most likely in a bathroom. The guy finally came in and after I pointed out where I thought the leak was he took one quick look and said that is what is leaking. He asked if I wanted him to turn the water off. After I said yes he then proceeded to leave WITHOUT fixing the leak!! I had to keep after him to check a couple of other things on his way out because he kept trying to leave, from the time he got here. I wanted him to check the pipes under the house but he refused at least twice! He said that wasn't where the leak was so he didn't need to. Said he had another job to get to! After being here no more than 20 minutes tops he then handed me a bill for $115!! The guy essentially did next to nothing but apparently they charge for a minimum of one hour whether any repair work is done or not. Fred (the owner) called me this morning and when I returned his call he wouldn't let me say anything - he said they don't do discounts. I told him that I never asked for a discount! He then went into telling me to ""stop calling us"" and ""Don't call us anymore!"" When I asked why he hung up on me'!! I called back and Fred answered and again he repeated the ""don't call us"" lines! He then hung up on me AGAIN!! He refused to tell me why he was refusing my business! Apparently his people told him things that were either not true or misunderstood by them and he choose to believe his employees, which is his right. He should have at least heard my side of things! I spoke to a friend of mine who also used Fred Morrow plumbing and she too had had problems with them! They used to be a reliable company but in my experience and hers not anymore!

P.S. About 2 1/2 years ago when Fred came out to give an estimate on repipe job all we got was a complaint that the crawl space was too small (it's standard sized) and then Fred proceeded to suggest we sell the house and it was not worth the effort to repipe! Although they do do repipe he made it clear he really didn't want the job so they didn't do the job! Fred's job is not to come and insult someone's house! He clearly didn't care if he lost our business then! And now he pointedly has said that he doesn't want our business! Being rude and insulting, THAT IS DEFINITELY NOT GOOD BUSINESS!

This Plummer came to my house to check my pressure valve that he put in some time ago. another Plummer said it was high.the valve next to mine was lower and newer. thought maybe he had put it on the wrong one.well he told all the stuff on mine was his . and that it was reading at 70 and so was the other one. he asked He asked me if the other Plummer was a real Plummer . very rude and told me I waisted his time. I was able to get a same day appointment when my elderly parents toilet broke. Tony and his assistant showed up exactly on time. Tony called me 30 minutes before arrival so I could meet him there. He was able to fix the toilet by cleaning a clogged line that was keeping the tank from refilling after flushing. No additional parts needed replacement, although if they had, I was told they carry most of the Kohler parts with them on the truck. I asked if the toilet was in good condition. He said yes, no other parts should need replacing in the near future. I forgot to mention to him that the toilet seat was loose. However, he caught it and took care of it on his own.

His assistant was also really good. While Tony worked on the toilet, he replaced a water filter under the kitchen sink which I neglected to mention when I scheduled the service call. I was surprised to find out that they carried that part on the truck as well and could replace it immediately. They must have been there no more than 20 or 30 minutes. We were charged only the cost of the water filter and the service charge.

I was extremely pleased with the professionalism, promptness, and efficiency from every one I dealt with beginning with the initial call requesting service, to the completion of the service call. Needless to say, I will be calling Fred Morrow Plumbing again when I need help in the future.
