Over decades of home ownership and business management, Fred Morrow Plumbing is, hands-down, the best plumbing service we have had.

We are always treated with thoughtfulness and respect by everyone we deal with at the company, and these are exceptionally talented plumbers.

Recently, Mr. Morrow came himself to measure the cut-outs in our countertops to ensure that we were ordering the right sinks, saving us the expense of replacing the countertops. Much appreciated!

Horrible plumbing service. Don't trust them. Had a guy come out on a Sunday to look at a leak, he said ""yeah looks like the leak stopped"" and left after 5 min. He said someone will come out tomorrow. He did no work but I got charged for an hour. And the next day got charged again for 2 hours of work when they guys that came out were in my house for 45 min.

Fred Morrow Plumbing to the rescue again. I have used Fred's company a number of times over the years. This time it was a cracked drain line from the kitchen leaking into my crawlspace. Every company is overwhelmed right now with staffing and equipment difficulties and it I had to make an appointment for two days hence, but Fred personally called me when they had a cancellation and the plumber was able to come 4-5 hours earlier than expected today. That was great news. The job was repaired by Benny who came with a nice helper. Friendly and honest are two words that come to mind regarding the company.

Very happy with my first experience with Fred Morrow Plumbing. Called them for a blocked bathroom sink, and they sent someone out the next day. They were here maybe 20 minutes and it was fixed. The cost wasn't cheap, but it was worth it to have our sink back. *note this is after calling our home warrant that sent out a plumber that tried to snake the drain for an hour unsuccessfully*

This is a picture of the pressure before and after the new regulator was installed by Fred Morrow Plumbing. On the left of the vertical red line is the old erratic regulator. On the right of the vertical red line is the new regulator data. This pressure data was collected by a Flo by Moen smart water shut-off valve also installed by Fred Morrow Plumbing. It's good to know what's going on in your pipes!

Fred came right out when we identified the problem and he got the regulator replaced immediately.

Fred Morrow plumbing has done high quality work on several different jobs for me. Every individual plumber they've sent over has been highly competent. They've always done an excellent job, on schedule and consistent with their price estimate.

I especially appreciate Stal's friendly professionalism, quick & efficient work and high level of skill and knowledge. He recently carried out two challenging plumbing repair and installation tasks for us in a single morning and the water was back on earlier than expected. Nice! I believe a lot of other plumbers would have taken all day - or maybe even a couple of days. By contrast, Stal was very well organized and knew how to work around whatever issues came up during the job.

I will continue to call Fred Morrow for our plumbing needs.
