I was able to get a same day appointment when my elderly parents toilet broke. Tony and his assistant showed up exactly on time. Tony called me 30 minutes before arrival so I could meet him there. He was able to fix the toilet by cleaning a clogged line that was keeping the tank from refilling after flushing. No additional parts needed replacement, although if they had, I was told they carry most of the Kohler parts with them on the truck. I asked if the toilet was in good condition. He said yes, no other parts should need replacing in the near future. I forgot to mention to him that the toilet seat was loose. However, he caught it and took care of it on his own.

His assistant was also really good. While Tony worked on the toilet, he replaced a water filter under the kitchen sink which I neglected to mention when I scheduled the service call. I was surprised to find out that they carried that part on the truck as well and could replace it immediately. They must have been there no more than 20 or 30 minutes. We were charged only the cost of the water filter and the service charge.

I was extremely pleased with the professionalism, promptness, and efficiency from every one I dealt with beginning with the initial call requesting service, to the completion of the service call. Needless to say, I will be calling Fred Morrow Plumbing again when I need help in the future.

I'd give 'em 5,000 stars if i could. I'm a senior and in all my years, i've never come across a plumbing company that operates with such total integrity thru & thru! I haven't met Mr. Morrow personally, but his technicians Pete and Ben were absolutely outstanding, their prices fair and their work perfect. Only one caveat: Be patient with their phone system. They're worth waiting for!!

I've already said how awesome & wonderful Fred Morrow has been....well, I HAD to come back here and let everyone know that not only are they all those things, but they are also LIFE SAVERS. That's right. Our plumber, Mike, gets 3 gold stars for being a hero. He was here yesterday to do regularly scheduled main line maintenance. As he was leaving, we noticed a big ole LIZARD in our den. As two women with no clue how to deal with this, Mike stayed for an additional 30 mins as we tore the den apart, found the lizard, trapped him and released him into the back yard. Now we can all laugh about it.....well, maybe soon we can laugh about it. MIKE IS THE BEST!! We are so appreciative.

Seemed like a great company. I spoke to him and sent pictures of the valve that needed replacing. He said they would have to go in the wall. Unfortunately when the plumber came, he told me he should have had a box for the wall. He said he was not told to bring it me. I did get the new valve, but had to deal with a big hole in the wall.

I wish I could give this company 10 stars! We have had a sewage smell coming from our basement for over a year and had 4 different plumbers inspect the area. None were able to locate the issue and speculated that the smell was due to the fact that we didn't use one of our bath tubs. Someone recommended Fred Morrow, so we figured it was worth a shot. Jose came to the house and discovered the issue in 15 minutes. They began work that day on a very difficult job and finished a few days later. Finally, our house smells fresh! Jose, Pedro, Fred and the entire team were so nice and hard working. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

We called Fred Morrow Plumbers at 8:30 this morning and by 9:15 they had Pete out to fix our leaky toilet. He was pleasant and explained what the problem was and how he planned to fix it. He was quick and efficient and reasonably priced! Happy to have found them!!

The first thing I liked about Fred Morrow Plumbing is that when I called for the first time, I was able to talk with Fred himself. He listened carefully to my concerns and asked the right questions. He was straight-forward and friendly, and explained what needed to be done without talking down to me, an obvious non-plumber! Two days later, Tony came and worked on the two issues that needed fixing in my home. He arrived on time and did an awesome job. He knew what he was doing; worked quickly and efficiently and made sure everything was working and everyone was happy before he left. Great service.

We've used this company twice now. Both times, we called and made an appointment. No complaints. They came on or before the specified time. Looked at the problem and then promptly gave the diagnosis and fixed the problems. Very courteous and professional. Not sure how or why other people have had problems.
