I don't know what happened in the 19 years since they redid my bathroom in my old condo but the plumbing service is abysmal. Called them 3 days ago to replace a kitchen faucet and they never showed up for 3 days even though they said they would each day I called. I finally had enough and let them know I will no longer need their services. They were totally unprofessional with this. There are other places to go for plumbing services.
