Called Frausto Plumbing and they were out within the hour. Repaired the issue I was having with my water heater right away. Couldn't of asked for an easier experience.

My tenant called about TWO toilets acting up, so I called Frausto Plumbing and Tony went over there that evening. He fixed one right away and got parts for the other one very quickly- all at a very reasonable price. It is very clear that Tony really cares about his work being good. This is the fourth time I have used Frausto and I highly recommend. Also, I feel Tony is extremely trustworthy. As a landlord, I can breathe a sigh of relief that he gets the job done and I do not even have to be there. I also find their prices reasonable and fair. Another bonus: the company very responsive on the phone! A real person answers who is in LA, and she is very helpful and reassuring. Frausto is NOT one of these huge companies you call and you find out the person with whom you are speaking is in another state and you are just one of hundreds of calls they have received that day. This is a local company with hardworking folks who care about doing great work so you will come back (and I will!)

Called Frausto's for 2nd opinion on a clogged sink at my mother in laws house. She is 84 years old.amd.had 2 previous quotes, both quotes were over 1,000 and both told her they could not unclog it. My kitchen sink was CLOGGED clogged. It didn't drain at all and smelled terrible. I tried to fix it with the standard attempts but no luck. Whatever was stuck was stuck deep in the pipes.
Not only did Antonio come out the very next day (life saver!), but he did a fantastic job getting all the disgusting sludge cleared out of the old pipes and the sink working beautifully once again. He even vacuumed up all the standing water and cleaned up the area below.

Inevitably the day will come when I'll need plumbing services again and Frausto will be on speed dial! Thanks, Antonio!
