Pleasantly surprised. I enrolled in a home protection plan 2 years ago as an insurance policy for plumbing, appliance and other services. Recently, I had a plumbing problem that caused me to make a claim with Home Serve, the protection plan provider. Once contacted, and without problem, Home Serve sent my claim to Frassica Plumbing, who responded immediately, professionally and scheduled service for the next day, but due to conflict, the appointment was rescheduled for the following Sunday. Russell, the technician, showed up on time and spent nearly 3 hours leaving no stone unturned to fix the plumbing problem and made recommendation for additional work. He was highly professional, knowledgeable with good demeanor and the ability to answer questions and put you at ease. Based on this initial contact, the technician and work done, I highly recommend Frassica Plumbing.

The clean out to our house was backed up and we needed a plumber to come and clear the blockage. Russell came out and was professional and friendly and cleared the blockage thoroughly. He double checked that the line was cleared before leaving. Would recommend this company and use them again.

I was completely blown away with the professionalism and friendly nature of the technician who came to fix our main-line sewer.
